I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place….
Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Worst experience I’ve ever had at the Arlington location. They should fire half the staff and just start over.
Easily one of the worst restaurants to order from on Uber Eats. Pluckers never gets the order right — items are always missing, and their customer service is an absolute joke. They act like it’s your fault, offer no help, and clearly don’t care about their customers. The South Park Meadows location is hands down the worst of them all — completely careless, unorganized, and consistently disappointing.
