“The food was amazing. In my opinion it’s the best Korean bbq in San Antonio. Our waitress was very nice and kept coming back to check on us. The owner came to our table and was very nice and helpful. The pickled radishes, kimchi and the kimchi pickles sides are my favorite. (We even bought a jar of kimchi to take with us). The beef bulgogi which we got spicy and the galbi were perfect. The flavor was 100% and was cooked to perfection. 10/10 would definitely recommend.“

“So yummy! What a find! My son was battling a cold and the food hit the spot. Pick up is the best. My family who was “not hungry” ate it all plus we ordered more. Also they validate parking. Wagyu beef soup. Korean chicken. Beef bulgogli. All delicious. The man behind the counter was so helpful and efficient“

“Fantastic food, great service. We have had 2 of the hibachi chefs cook for us so far. Both have done an amazing job. The rice is delicious, the veggies were wonderful the filet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection 👌 My honey has had the lobster and the shrimp, both were great. He tried the pork belly this last time, he says it was so good he will eat it again next time. For this restaurant to be in a strip mall is surprising, it's definitely a fancy food feeling place. The price is comparable to other hibachi places we've tried. 5 out of 5 STARS definitely we would recommend this place anyone who loves hibachi 🤌😊❤️ Also, we always have take away containers when we leave, the portions are Large, so leftovers for later are always a plus.“

“Saw a review for this place on tiktok and had to see if it was hype or really as good as advertised. Let me tell you, it surpassed all my expectations! My boyfriend and I went on a Sunday afternoon and this will for sure be a place we visit again soon! The decor gave it a warm vibe. Plenty of seating but everything still felt cozy and intimate. Our server, Dang, was amazing! He answered all my questions and seemed excited to tell me about the food and restaurant.
We got the D1 and D3 off the supper page. Beef bulgolgi and short rib bulgolgi. Short rib bulgolgi was a bit bigger of a price point but let me tell you it passed my rule with flying colors. If im paying more I expect the quantity or quality to make the price worth it. There was a generous portion and the way it melted in your mouth?!?! The beef bulgolgi was just as flavorful as well!
Then all the little sides that come with! The pickled white radish was yummy (but really I'll eat anything pickled lol). The cucumber kimchi was refreshing. The lettuce leaves, bean sprouts and green beans were flavorful. The cabbage kimchi was good but have to be honest, I am a stereotypical white lady and that one had something that hit my tongue with too much spice. The boyfriend devored it tho! He also loved the egg plant. Im sure it was good but me and egg plant have our own beef so trust his opinion on those over mine.
We didnt try it this visit (be we i mean the boyfriend) but next visit the spicy beef bulgolgi is on the list. Dang informed us the spice level goes from a jalapeño base and up so boyfriend is excited to try that! If you catch us in there the happy lady with the short ribs in front of her will most likely be me!
Overall, I'd say the only reason this place isnt constantly bursting at the seems with clientele is simply location. They're kind of tucked away off a pretty busy street where people don't tend to notice them. That means its the best time to become a regular though! Get in there and claim your spot before they do become noticed so you can say you were part of the fan club before the hype!
One last note for the disabled community. There is a curb right outside but just down a little is the ramp. And the inside, while feeling cozy, has plenty of room for maneuvering a walker. I believe a wheelchair would be very doable as well. They have tables and booths so seating isnt an issue.“
