“This is our 4th time at this restaurant and every time was a wonderful experience. All the waiters and waitresses make a comfortable and relaxing environment. My family and I came here for my daughter’s birthday and they treated her warmly. They kindly offered her a dessert for the birthday occasion and were insistent on it. The waitress that served us last time, Staci, gladly welcomed us and treated us kindly, like family. Thank you to the manager Vonda, for checking in on us and our visit and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Thank you to all of the staff working at Cotton Patch Cafe for making this restaurant one of our favorites.“

“zabiha halal certified place, the only within the vicinity that is not selling pakistani or indian food but savouring the taste buds with scrumptious burgers, tacos, quesadillas. A blend of american and mexican food was there with a good range of burgers, sandwiches and quesadillas. The owner was very kind and ensured that our order is served on time. He also offered us complimentary pakistani style tea (a rare thing to find in USA) and a coffee as well.

“The manager is spectacular and all the employees are more friendly than Chick-fil-A. Everybody is in high school and have not been tainted with a negative attitude about the world and working. The work ethic is great. Everyone gets along & respects each other. It’s like walking into utopia. It’s like somebody’s sprinkle pixie dust on everybody and they have a perpetual smile. Don’t take my word for it go and see all the youthful energy & beauty yourself. 🥳🥳🥳“

“Great service and great location , I came in on Tuesday morning this week . For starters I was greeted immediately as I sat down by morgan. She was very helpful with my questions and also entertaining the whole time. The beer is amazingly cold I always get the dirty blonde. The smoked wings are the best with the Cajun dry rub.“

Visited this place on weekday morning for breakfast. It was decent busy and the servers were just ready to welcome everyone. The staff was very welcoming and polite.

Things we ordered :
1. Orange juice : 4/5 : Good and refreshing.
2.Black coffee : 4/5 : Good to taste and made perfectly
3. Avacado toast : 4/5 : Freshly made and was served with seeds bread. But it was just one slice in the plate with fruits on side.
4. Veggie Skillet : 3.5/5 : It’s a skillet layered with potato hash brown , veggies and cheese. I got my mushroom replaced with broccoli and jalapeños. I didn’t even take eggs but had toasted bread as side which was fresh and nice.

Found it to be a bit on pricey side as compared to other local diners. But the staff was really great

“Do not forget about this awesome chicken fried steak sandwich!! So many awesome things to eat here but this incredible bite is often missed. Roast beef is incredible too. Order with mashed potatoes, carrots and fried okra or salad for the best meal ever. Spinach and mushroom omelet, oh yeah. The patty melt on rye bread... Omg, so good!! Onion rings are awesome. Fries need to ask for extra crispy.“

“Lunch was so yummy and the server, Kevin, was such a delight that we returned to eat dinner the same night and requested he be our server. The menu is expansive and surely anyone can find something to suit their tastes. We both had protein bowls for lunch and the filets for dinner. The protein bowls were so flavorful we didn’t feel like we were eating a healthy meal option. The waffle fries with gringo cheese dip, the macaroni and cheese side dish, and the summer salad are must tries. Everything tasted fresh and homemade including the salad dressing. Nothing was cold, stale or past its eating prime. In brief, eating at 54th Street was a culinary experience and the prices were absolutely reasonable. When in the area again we will definitely eat here again!“

“Ordered rainbow trout blackened with 2 sides. Food was good. But the server, Jonathan, had a big attitude. He was rude. I did not feel like leaving any tips but then I thought, maybe he had a bad day. So I left 18% tips. I hope he gets the message and improve his attitude. I am not going back to this location.“

“Wow, just wow..... I never expected to walk into a bar and find an attentive bartender like the one that I had and even came by the table at least five or six times. Usually you have to go to the counter but this lady was on top of things. This works for it to visit on December 15. 2024

I was looking for the Washington Redskins game and surely enough it was on the television and she pointed to the back where there was a table by itself with the Redskins plan so we sat there looked through the menu. I noticed I had crawfish but it's december, who has crawfish in december? I asked her about it and she said that because of the abnormal season last year that they are large this year and that they probably have about 5 lb left. I ordered 2 lbs because of the price you told me was $8! Now crawfish these times are getting ridiculous outside of Houston which I noticed are like 9 10 $12, it's okay I don't need crawfish that bad I'll just wait till I get back home. They came out and they were a good medium spicy. Definitely wanted more but had to save myself for dinner later. Had the whiskey and Sprite and I was thinking if it's under $6 it's recently priced a bar and when the tab came to find out it was only $4! Definitely very reasonable prices here and service. This place will probably fit about a hundred people and it seems like the patrons seem to mind their own business and don't start routiness as you might find in some other places.

“Service was quick and efficient…. Music went from Selena to Charlie Daniels; very eclectic. Manager was like a cheer leader communicating to his staff, “let’s go, let’s go, large group coming in, prebus the tables, fresh coffee up, etc.” it was entertaining and you knew everyone was working hard to get your food out asap.“

Services was good, waitress was nice, mozzarella cheese sticks were cooked perfect, husband’s bbq burger was a 10, my club sandwich was a 10, fries were great, ranch and bbq sauce were all amazing. The manager or GM checked on us to make sure we were good. He said our daughter was too cute and asked if she would like dessert. We will definitely be back! 😁“
