“I'm always in a rush when I stop to get Lunch. I Loved my Hot Turkey Sandwich. That was different for me. Alot better than a cold sandwich. The Big Chocolate Chip Cookie so Rich but GOOD, I'm still eating it.“

“I visited this location twice in the past 4 days. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a six inch #16 all-pro sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub with customizations as the main portion of my order. Both times, the sub was delicious. The oatmeal raisin and raspberry cheesecake cookies are good.“

“They were very friendly and the cashier took my order over the phone and thought it was for delivery, but I told him I would pick it up. When I got to the store they informed me that there was a delivery fee on the bill and they gave me the option of a cookie to cover the delivery fee that was equivalent to the charge. I just gave it to my girls . But that was appreciated.“

“This seems the best place to leave this review. We were Evacuees from Estes Park staying in Lewisville. Jersey Mike was close. Weather was horrible. I drove for a take out. The two young men were so nice. We talked while they brewed up our sandwiches. They went so far above and beyond for us. Made our exile so much easier. Plus, I could go on an on about the sandwiches. Holy Cow they were good. Funny how food has a way of making a bad day all better. I gave a 15% tip and wish I had given so much more. If we ever end up back in their area, we will grab more and I will make it right. Thank you so much.“

“I walked in the door and was greeted promptly by Kendarias! He really embodied giving a high level of customer service. I was made aware that I now have the option to toast my sub at Jimmy John’s and that’s a big deal for me.

“Ordered from Grub-Hub. Our order was incorrect even the receipt showed exactly what we wanted on
the subs. The location (at least according to Maps and Waze) was totally inaccurate. The address was listed as being on Stemmons Hwy., but in actuality, it was on Round Grove, about a quarter of a mile from Stemmons.“

“The lady who made our sandwiches in store was really stingy with the ingredients, but the other lady who was making the delivery/pick-up orders was piling on the toppings. Will order ahead next time or just do delivery for a better sandwich.“
