Starbucks in Lewisville

“My last review of a Starbucks location wasn’t that great however, I have come to this location off and on for over 5 years. I have seen the store remodeled and staff change. There is one young lady that has been there since I have been going to this location and I wish I knew her name. If you have come to this location, you know who I am talking about! She’s short and has a very bubbly personality. Often time she will call your name as you come in. She’s not the only one that’s like this, the entire morning crew seems to be this way. I have to believe it’s because of this one young lady that’s been there for a long time. Her personality is infectious which makes the entire team great.

I truly appreciate great service and consistency and that is what you will get here at this location. Not all Starbucks stores are like this so, they stand out for sure.

Some people love what they do no matter what they are being paid, no matter what kind of day their having it doesn’t affect how they do their job, they do their job with integrity no matter what or who’s looking. Some of us who adopt the same mindset can relate and recognize those with the same DNA. That is who works the morning shift at this location. They get it, they understand their WHY, they understand the importance of what they do. They understand that what they do is not just serve coffee, they build relationships, they are kind to everyone, they try to be a bright spot in your day.

This means a lot, especially with what people are going through with the economy these days. They can’t do anything about the prices 😁 but, they can effect how your morning starts out and that is worth a $3.50 cup of coffee.

“Went to this location instead of my typical store because it was on the way home from an appointment. I ordered a cold brew, she had me repeat what size, ordered a breakfast sandwich, she walked off (I assumed to check that they still had one), ordered a pineapple cake. I get the drink and pineapple cake while sitting waiting. Lady notices I've been standing there forever still waiting and asks what I've been waiting on. When I tell her my breakfast sandwich, she goes to the computer looking all confused and says somehow they missed that and she's gonna get it started right away for me. Except then she calls me around again to charge me another transaction all over again. At that point, they should've just made it and apologized for messing up. It's not like my order was huge or complicated in any way and I've been standing here for about 15 minutes now, so yeah. I was not thrilled about this experience at this location.“

“I passed by few days ago, and I didn’t have an idea on what I wanted to drink, all I knew is that I wanted a sugary drink with strawberry flavoring. So I asked the barista Miguel who was the one helping me choose a drink who was very patient and sweet..recommended me to get a pink drink with heavy cream and vanilla powder. It was honestly the best recommendation I’ve gotten so far. Thank you Miguel for the suggestion! ☺️“

“It is very conveniently located and fairly newly built. This location has spacious seating and some really comfortable chairs. I chose this location when I met up with friends to chitchat and also carpooling. They have 2 restrooms & plenty of parking space outside.“

“However much yall are paying this man Alex is not enough, me and my freind went in today and he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off filling all these orders all ALONE! We stood in line for awhile but it was so worth it, the food was 11/10 exactly like you'd expect from any Starbucks but the service was 20/10 he was incredibly kind and made sure to make polite conversation even though he must have been stressed out. GO ALEX!“

“I recently visited the Starbucks, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly awesome and friendly, greeting us with big smiles and warm welcomes. They went above and beyond by providing us with waters without even being asked, which was such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.☕ The baristas were super attentive and made sure our drinks were just right. I tried the new seasonal frappuccino, and it was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was beautifully presented. ?✨ The seating area was clean and well-maintained, and the vibe was just right with a great playlist in the background. ?Overall, this Starbucks location really impressed me with its excellent customer service and inviting environment. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their amazing coffee and warm hospitality! ?? “

“What can I say about this place? Grassy hills, nature, plenty of hiking trails, picnic spots, lots of parking, great for people watching...oh, and did I mention absolutely free?! Yup, this place has it all. But really, it will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart for many reasons!!!!!!! I will be coming back here often :)“
