“I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. They were out of the sandwich I usually get. The manager Joe suggested and offered me a new sandwich. The sandwich tasted very good. Great personality and very perfection. Awesome customer service. Thank you Joe for being a great manager.“

Two friendly employees welcomed me in as soon as I stepped in the door. My order was taken quickly and my drink was served right away. It was perfect! (PSL with several modifications)

After two unpleasant experiences at two other Starbucks locations in the last two days, it was so lovely to feel valued and welcomed today.“

“Friendly and professional staff. A very healthy amount of natural sunlight permeates the coffee shop. Mostly all tables. They have two sofas but they are very worn out. I would change them immediately. Other than that, this is a great Starbucks location.“

“However much yall are paying this man Alex is not enough, me and my freind went in today and he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off filling all these orders all ALONE! We stood in line for awhile but it was so worth it, the food was 11/10 exactly like you'd expect from any Starbucks but the service was 20/10 he was incredibly kind and made sure to make polite conversation even though he must have been stressed out. “I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks location! The staff is friendly, and they consistently get my order right. I love their caramel macchiato and iced lattes, and the seasonal drinks are always a fun treat. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a perfect place to relax or work on my laptop. The only downside is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but that’s to be expected. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable spot to grab your coffee fix!“

“It had taken too many years to realize that there were other Starbucks locations in Lewisville which were not on Hebron Parkway and not near I-35E and Fox. This location off of Sam Rayburn has actually been around a while, and from my first visit about four years ago up until this morning, this has become (and will still be) my go-to Starbucks location when I need my morning fix. The staff, especially, has been exceptionally fantastic all these years, so welcoming and so friendly. This morning, I decided on a caramel Macchiato, and it came out smooth and good. This drink has a very rich, earthy taste to it that you'll want over and over again. It's also been the place to get my caffe latte on a consistent basis. Their house blends are also worth the price. And although I didn't get it today, every now and then, I'd pick up one of their double-smoked bacon and egg sandwich on that special croissant-style bread --- I highly recommend it!\n\nStop by here as I have and get your morning fix right here. Alex, Michael, Zerlina, Sax, Dawn, Blanca, and Alexis will all take good care of you, just as they have for me. I'll be back here the next time I head for work. Can't wait!“

“This 5 star review is for JASMINE the barista at this location. STARBUCKS’ CORPORATE DIVISION needs this young lady to work there to set the example for quality control and customer service in all their stores.
I am in love with the Fireworks Frappuccino which was only available for a very, very short time. So when I go to a Starbucks, I say I know the Fireworks Frap is not available but can you make something similar. I get the same response “we don’t have that anymore”. Yes I know that but you DO have all the ingredients to make it. So then I have to say, “you have strawberry puree, coconut milk, raspberry pearls, and vanilla cold foam right”? Of course they do! So please make me my drink, call it a Summer Skies refresher and double blend it.
Well the young guy at this drive thru starts with the same response when I ask. Before I have to go through the same explanation, a girls voice comes across out of nowhere and says “I can make you a drink like that because we have all of the ingredients”. Finally someone willing to make an effort when no one else will because it’s easier to dismiss my request. She didn’t make a Fireworks Frapp because it’s technically no longer on the menu. She found an alternative to make a customer happy. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Let me tell you, I’m driving down the road and take my first drink and actually stop and look at it and take another drink because it was the best, most perfect drink I’ve ever gotten from any Starbucks! Jasmine is a magician! She deserves a big thank you for not taking the easy way out and saying “we don’t have that anymore”. Customer service is lacking pretty much everywhere and I accept it as status quo. Jasmine came through for this customer and it was a refreshing surprise. I’ve been back to thank her for her kindness. She makes this Starbucks location exceptional and they should thank her as well.“
