I've already sent to Whataburger through their websites my concerns and issues. They quickly responded and stated an apology for the poor service. You have to wait a little longer than expected even though you tell them your ETA. I at times come a little later, like 5 or so minutes in case they're busy. But still have to wait and at times go in to the restaurant to find what the status is. Last time I ordered from there. They didn't bring out a drink holder for the drinks/shakes....read full review
The food as always taste and fresh. The reason I gave it 3 stars I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. I asked multiple people and they waited about the same amount of time. To me this is unacceptable for whataburger. Will not visit this site again.

Get the white chocolate raspberry shake! We stopped in here late in the evening / early morning (0130) and they had an employee names Larry who did a great job! I'd highly recommend this location. Fast and delicious! ?
