“My husband and I wanted I've cream and he said " let's go to the place by the house." That place was an ice cream chain and I wanted something new to try So, I Googled "Ice Cream near me" and Black + White was the 1st on the list This small, but quaint, shop is a GEM!! Vince, the owner, was amazing and kind to us. His passion for his business shows simply by the way he speaks about his journey and how / why they have the ice cream flavors they have. Best Ice Cream we have tried in years....... he makes the waffle comes fresh and they taste amazing. Ice Creams are packed with flavor. A must try. You won't be disappointed“

“The sweetest stop in Cibolo! We always go in for a treat when we’re in town. They have a great variety of ice cream and the cutest seating (even for the smallest patrons). My daughter just had her first “baby cone” here and she LOVED interacting with the employees and other customers. Definitely a must stop!🤍“

“Strawberry shortcake was excellent. Customer service not so great as workers were gossiping as I walked in, was not greeted and essentially waited for them to be done to get my order. Two of the workers were actually working while a third girl was standing doing nothing and talking to the other workers. I was also the only customer in the store at the time. Overall great cake not so great service.“

“Come here regularly to bring the kids for snacks. Great service and the churros never disappoint! I’ve tried the empanadas and the chicken salad sandwich which is tasty as well.
Kid-friendliness: They’ve got several games available that you can play at your table to keep the kids off the phones and engaged at the table.“

“Crumbl Cookies never disappoints! I tried the milk chocolate chip cookie, and it was absolutely perfect—super soft and gooey but not raw in the middle. Plus, the size of the cookie was impressive! While it is a bit on the pricier side, it’s totally worth it as a special treat once in a while. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for indulgent, top-notch cookies!“

“First time customer. Great service! They give you a beeper to buzz you when your order is ready. They have tables outside and a small covered playground area. We had a mangonada, Mexican corn, Oreo ice cream, strawberry Italian ice, and a fantastic Cheetos Enlotados! ? We'll be back soon!“

“My husband and I were craving some ice cream on a hot humid day so we stopped in. Signs everywhere for new flavors and different signature recipes. They had a new flavor, blueberry muffin batter, that I had to try. It was delicious so I ordered a scoop. My husband usually gets milkshakes but this time he got a waffle cone in a cup with Carmel fudge ice cream. Service was fantastic and they have military discount. Wonderful service and amazing ice cream.“

“I came today with my kids and we had the best experience!! Vanessa was so friendly, kind, and patient with my kids crazy requests. About a year ago I made a formal complaint about how awful the service was and how dirty it was (included photos). Today’s experience was VASTLY different!! We were hesitant to try this location again and I’m so glad we did! 10/10! What a turn around!“

“We arrived 9/26/24 @ 5:45pm. This place is so cute! The white guy standing at the cash register definitely didn’t say hello, welcome, or do u need any help, he acted as if he didn’t even see my friend & I walk up. Kayla came from the back, she was really sweet, & actually acknowledged that she had customers & asked if we needed help deciding. I said yes, she was very helpful. My friend & ordered the PB&J and Pink Flamingo , both were delicious.“

“It's 101° and I needed some ice cream. Cold stone is as good as any boutique ice cream available near me. I'm not a fan of the base but it's refreshing just the same. The server tonight was gracious and kind. I appreciated her.“
