“We went for lunch and it wasn't crowded. We got seated quickly to a perfect table in the corner. The server was pleasant and got the order correct. The timing was very good as we had time to talk, eat salad and bread sticks before the chicken parmesan came out. The food was the perfect temperature.“

“(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS. “Everything was amazing from start to finish! Bella Sera on Pat Booker is an absolute gem. From the moment we sat down, we were impressed. The garlic knots came out warm and flavorful, perfectly setting the tone. The soup was rich and comforting, and the Caesar salad was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing. I had the baked ziti for my entrée, and it was everything you want in classic Italian comfort food, cheesy, saucy, and satisfying. And to top it all off, the cannoli was perfection: crisp shell, creamy filling, just sweet enough. It was a wonderful combination of flavors and portions were so generous I had plenty to take home. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back!“

“We live in Hollywood Park and Purple Garlic is right in our neighborhood. This is such a wonderful restaurant! The staff is so friendly and fun! It’s literally almost like Cheers “where everyone knows your name” even if you haven’t been there in a while! The food is excellent, always served fresh, extremely delicious and hot out of the oven. They have a nice wine list, but you can also bring your own vino. We’ve always had great dining experiences at Purple Garlic and that’s why it’s been so popular for all these years!“

I think the chef had a wager with the waitress that he could over-stuff the sandwich with so much beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese that the sandwich was threatening to split the bread in half! It was so FAT with ingredients that IF the bread exploded under the strain, one would need a garden trowel to shovel all the food into a to-go container!! The taste was out of this WORLD! I'm a big guy and a cop and even I could only manage to eat half of the sandwich in the restaurant and took the rest of it home, where it proudly served as my dinner that night, too!! “Every time we attend the annual TMEA convention, we make sure to make a stop at Luciano's during Saturday lunch before the concerts begin. This year we missed it as they were doing their remodeling. In previous years, we have enjoyed their calamari appetizer, the dipping bread, the margarita pizza & their specials. With them, you can never go wrong with their Limone dishes - whether it was their Fish or Fowl Items. The pasta , the veal & the steak dishes were yummy.“

The food was really good, we usually get lemon pepper wings and an all meat pizza, great the last three times we've ordered from them. “This pizza place was interesting, I'm giving it 5 stars because of its inventive and wonderful toppings and the fact that it seems like a great neighborhood joint!

My only dissapointment was that the crust was a bit thin, dense, and hard at the same time. I've had thin crust pizza which I like, but this one was just bordering on too hard to chew a bit. I feel like it was world class toppings that was let down with a less than stellar crust.

We still really enjoyed the pizza! Check this place out, be just be aware that if you're looking for a doughy crust, this place isn't it. And its thin pizza crust could use a little work.“
