“I went in and was treated right away. When I put in my order I made the mistake of ordering double pepperoni which made my pizza a little greasy. When I spoke to the young lady making the pizza she made me another and had the best customer service I have ever had. She needs to be running a large chain and training others how to do the same. The young lady’s name is Alia. The 5-star is because of her!

After reading some reviews it seems like the young lady is working with some bad staff. I also received bad customer service from the young man who was working with her, but she jumped in and corrected the situation. Had she not done that I am positive I would have received the same bad service the other reviews mentioned. Ownership should look to see who they had working on 8/31/2024 at 2:00. Bad customer service losses you customers for life. I will return if Alia is running the place. If not I will go somewhere else.“
