“We went for lunch and it wasn't crowded. We got seated quickly to a perfect table in the corner. The server was pleasant and got the order correct. The timing was very good as we had time to talk, eat salad and bread sticks before the chicken parmesan came out. The food was the perfect temperature.“

The garlic knots came out warm and flavorful, perfectly setting the tone. The soup was rich and comforting, and the Caesar salad was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing. I had the baked ziti for my entrée, and it was everything you want in classic Italian comfort food, cheesy, saucy, and satisfying. And to top it all off, the cannoli was perfection: crisp shell, creamy filling, just sweet enough. It was a wonderful combination of flavors and portions were so generous I had plenty to take home. “We live in Hollywood Park and Purple Garlic is right in our neighborhood. This is such a wonderful restaurant! The staff is so friendly and fun! It’s literally almost like Cheers “where everyone knows your name” even if you haven’t been there in a while! The food is excellent, always served fresh, extremely delicious and hot out of the oven. They have a nice wine list, but you can also bring your own vino. We’ve always had great dining experiences at Purple Garlic and that’s why it’s been so popular for all these years!“

“The service was impeccable. Arwynn, who is new, was amazing! I have a gluten allergy and I was impressed with her knowledge of the food options available, procedures in the kitchen, etc. She even let me know that she made the salad herself with washed hands, while wearing gloves, and she personally hand washed our salad plates away from the croutons. She is an asset to the company. I assumed she had been here a while, or had allergies herself, but she said she's new and doesn't have allergies. She just takes allergies very seriously, which I appreciated. She notified the manager of my allergy and kept us up to date on what was going on in the cooking process. The manager came over and spoke with us, too.

This was hands down the best food service I've ever received in the United States. I wish everyone would be trained as well as Arwynn. I felt safe eating here and like I was in good hands and my health concerns were taken seriously.

“This was my wife and my first time here at Capo's Pizzeria on Broadway on 02/14. We were looking for a quiet place to have dinner on a Friday night, Valentine's Day, just before an 8:00pm movie. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Shortly thereafter, a saxophonist, by the name of Joel Guerrero, begin to play. The atmosphere could not have been better. The food was 5-star. The service was just as good as the music and food. I had an opportunity to meet a lady by the name of Liz, whom introduced me to the owner, Remi. He could not have been more of a gentleman. “I never really do reviews but I just needed to we moved to the area, and decided to give them a try, the atmosphere is great, the staff, very friendly and kind. The food was really good, we usually get lemon pepper wings and an all meat pizza, great the last three times we've ordered from them. We already loved tanks, but we saw on ksat yesterday that they also scored 100 on their recent inspection, so tanks is our #1 pizza joint now.“

My only dissapointment was that the crust was a bit thin, dense, and hard at the same time. I've had thin crust pizza which I like, but this one was just bordering on too hard to chew a bit. I feel like it was world class toppings that was let down with a less than stellar crust.

We still really enjoyed the pizza! Check this place out, be just be aware that if you're looking for a doughy crust, this place isn't it. And its thin pizza crust could use a little work.“

“This is a partial review based on the online ordering process and delivery service along with what part of my order I did eat thus far. So, as far as rating on atmosphere I'm sure the brick and mortar restaurant is fine I just haven't been in it to review. The atmosphere in my home however is good including my dog pawing me for his share of my meal to eat. He's rather impatient at times and keeps pressing his paw onto my foot to remind me he's there.

Okay, the one factor I did not like about ordering online was when you are choosing items for your salad, pizza or other items you are not aware that these items come with an extra charge nor how much that charge is. This only shows up after you have paid for your order. So, now knowing there is a charge for tomatoes of.50 I'm not thrilled that it's 1 slice of a tomato. I know food costs and how they work so they are making a lot on 1 tomato at .50 a slice when that tomato cost to them is .30. So any toppings other then the lettuce is an upcharge.

The meal I ordered was the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken which came with a salad. I also ordered a side of mottzarlla sticks. The size of the salad was quite ample. Infact the largest dinner salad I've had in a long time. I had the honey mustard dressing which was delicious. Ricky, my dog thought so too. After eating the salad I was full but I did take a bite of the mottzarlla sticks with the red sauce and the cheese sticks were perfectly fried and the sauce was wonderful. That's all I've been able to eat for now. So my rating on the taste of their food is excellent thus far.

Packaging for delivery they also get an excellent rating and the friendliness and timely delivery they also get an excellent rating even though I live directly across the street from them. So when I eat the main dish I ordered and the other meal too I will come back and rate them. I already know one of those dishes might be too spicy but I'm hoping not. I'll have to go back and reread the ingredients to make sure I didn't miss anything. Till then ....“

“I went for a concert, so the $40 was price of admission/ticket. The sound quality was a bit subpar but staff/security were cool and the venue had a nice, intimate atmosphere- I even accidentally left a belonging and it was still there for pickup the next day.“

“When we arrived at the Riverwalk location it was extremely busy. We expected to have a wait but were seated in their outdoor section immediately. The waiter warned us they were extremely busy with large parties but we honestly had a great experience and didn't even notice. He was extremely attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. “We were shocked to see that Sbarro was open so early and that they had breakfast. We got the sausage, egg, and cheese stromboli and a side of breakfast potatoes. Everything was seasoned nicely and it was the best airport breakfast I've had. Stromboli was heated up in the pizza oven and was nice and toasty. The employee working the counter was super nice.“
