“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Texas Roadhouse Review 🥩🍖🍠🥦 If you’re craving a hearty, flavorful meal, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! The steak was grilled to perfection—juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. The BBQ ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious with that smoky, sweet glaze that keeps you wanting more. 🍖🔥 The baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon was pure comfort food 🍠🤤, and the steamed veggies added a nice fresh balance 🥦🥕. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and lively—perfect for a casual dinner or a celebration. 🍹🎉“

“The Barn Door is an Alamo Heights staple! Everyone that works there is extremely attentive and polite! They are the PROS when it comes to superb service and DELICIOUS steaks! They have an excellent bar selection and are known as a TOP restaurant for large get-togethers or FAMILY celebrations! Each dining room has a theme that speaks to VETERANS, ‘09er’s, and SAN ANTONIANS alike! I would say, that’s it’s just like winning the TRIPLE CROWN when it comes to Service, Food, & Atmosphere! I personally recommend the Chicken Fried Ribeye with a Loaded Baked Potato & Cheesecake for desert! P.S. the “Fool Proof” daiquiri will allow you to relax after a hard day at work!!“
“The food here was absolutely delicious! We really loved the food. But the price point was higher than I would expect at this restaurant. We went out to eat with another family. They got there first and my friend said that due to the indoor kids play place that there were kids running around yelling. Thankfully, they left before we arrived. But definitely not something you want when you’re spending ~$50/person. We got the lb of ribeye but it comes with nothing. So we ordered jalapeño poppers and vegetables with it. The bacon on the poppers was cooked perfectly. I’ve never had such crispy bacon on a popper. It was very good. My son just ordered an 8 oz steak (the steak comes with nothing) and soda. He also ate quite a bit of the bowl of chips in the middle of the table. Those were good. My skinny margarita was decent and my husband liked his old fashioned. But for these prices, they should we least include sauces! You have to buy salsa or chimichurri if you want it. Also, they might consider having English next to their Spanish on the menu, especially on this side of town. But overall, we did enjoy the food. We were a party of 3 and so was the other family. So we were a total of 6, and when we got our checks the 20% gratuity was already added. That’s a very small group of people to add gratuity. Both our checks were just shy of $200 with gratuity. So I’m not sure if we’ll be coming back. For just a little more we can go to a Brazilian steakhouse with unlimited food.“

“It was great. Great service. Yummy food. We often don't get steaks when we go out because my husband can make them as good or better at home but he thoroughly enjoyed his NY strip. I tried the wild game of the day which was fun and unique. Our family might have most enjoyed being able to select our own steak knives from an array of options.“

“Food is so expensive these days, and it's always painful when you cough up so much of your hard-earned money and in exchange get a sub-par meal.
This NEVER happens with LongHorn Steakhouse. While it's not the cheapest option, the quality absolutely justifies the price, and the portions are very generous- you definitely get what you pay for. My husband and I recently visited this location for our 13th anniversary. Both of our steaks were cooked perfectly- they were so tender and flavorful at a perfect medium rare with a beautiful crust. Melt-in-your-mouth meat magic. We both love the brussel sprouts- I could honestly eat them every day. We also tried a chicken appetizer that we hadn't seen previously and while I don't usually enjoy breaded items- the balance of sauce to breading was perfect and the sweet, spicy chili sauce was incredible! These chefs definitely have it figured out and are so consistent.
Melody was our server and she was so delightful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick-witted with a great attitude. Our orders were promptly taken with a smile, and the timing of our food couldn't have been better. Our drinks were never empty, everything was cooked perfectly, and her pre-bussing timing skills are unparalleled.
The whole experience was quick and efficient without feeling rushed, and while there wasn't anything to complain about, I'm confident that had anything gone wrong, it would have been rectified kindly and quickly by the manager- whose name I unfortunately can't remember, but was very attentive and hands-on.
Both my husband and I remarked that we don't know why we bother going anywhere else when we want to go out- we're so often let down by our dining experience but have literally NEVER been disappointed by LongHorn Steakhouse.
TLDR: The atmosphere is always inviting, the staff is always pleasant, and the food is always satisfying. You won't be disappointed.“

“Where to start, where to start.... Our party had 2 early arrivals that grabbed a table as the other 5 of is were instructed to go to Texas Roadhouse across the highway... Once we learned of the faux pas the 5 of us crossed over and met up. Unfortunately, there were 7 total, not 6 like the hostess was told, but we added a chair and went 3 wide on one side since they wouldn't allow us to drag another UNUSED small table over (that table was EMPTY ALL NIGHT TOO) EVENTUALLY, our darling server showed up and took our drink order and food order at the same time as we had plenty of time to carouse the menu waiting for her. Eventually our drink order showed up (sodas/tea/water) Salads all came out in a large serving with a generous serving of dressing. Two of our salads were incorrect dressing so they went back. Our server made a great joke when she brought the corrected ones back, joking it was a different dressing again. Salad was a great house salad W cheese, croutons, tomatoes, cucumbers all diced up nicely. Our table ordered all across the menu, ribs, dinner salads, CFS, grilled shrimp, chicken tenders. Sides were all excellent from Brussel sprouts to sweet potatoes. The wait for the food was worth it, we had serious conversation we needed to tend to anyways. Server disappeared for quite a while, I needed a refill on water but never got it, thankfully, that's exactly why I drink SLOWLY until I know if I'm going to get topped off frequently or not. Half our group finished our meals and stacked plates, but server never showed up to collect them and took forever to bring our checks. Once checks were divided it took quite a while to get them back to sign and retrieve our credit cards again too. Server was friendly, funny and nice, just lacking attentiveness (didn't see her at any other tables on our area either) Food was DEFINITELY BETTER than Texas Roadhouse... Especially the grilled shrimp. NEVER EVER ORDER THEM AT TEXAS ROADHOUSE, it's like eating a block of salt !! Half our group took home doggy bags as portions are large and worth eating as leftovers again for sure! Will probably return someday, we don't live very close by, but it was overall a decent experience and not overpriced.“
