“The tamales are SO GOOD ugh I haven't had good tamales in years. These knock the store bought and the in laws' tamales out the park. They're nice and moist, not dry at all. The seasoning for the meat is great and it's a perfect ratio of masa and meat. They aren't ginormous but they aren't flat and tiny (I've had some paper thin ones before). I think they're a decent size, especially for the flavor and value ($30 for 2 dozen). Gotta try their barbacoa next time!“

“We came in from out of town. Our family recommended us to go eat there! It was our first time eating Korean BBQ! We loved it!!!! Our children liked the shrimp tempura, shrimp friend rice and ramen. Make sure you order just the regular broth with the ramen 🍜 if it’s for your kids. If not it’s a bit spicy if you don’t. It’s very temp hot too. Ethan are server was pleasant and attentive. I'm so used to the serving sizes other barbecue places give for that amount, that I was astonished at the amount of sausage and brisket I was given. There were about 10 cars in front of me in the drive thru line but within 14 minutes I was in and out of the parking lot.
My kids love the buckaroo chicken tender meal, very fair in size it almost seems to be the size of a regular combo #4. Only difference that I noticed is a kids drink versus a regular sized cup.
Bonus points for the brownie with nut dessert included 🙂 $6.30 for this meal“

“We frequent the 281/bulverde rd location for breakfast and lunch. On a regular basis we see a couple of employees and would like to bring attention to a few who go above and beyond. Kendall always makes us feel welcome with a warm hello as well as friendly conversation. No matter the day her up beat personality puts a smile on our face and makes us feel like we are not just a number going thru the line. Christine has gotten to know us as well and now she can fill our drink order how we like them without asking what we want anymore. Lastly, Danielle usually rings us up and makes sure everything is good and always asks for our phone number for the rewards program as we tend to forget.
All 3 are exceptional employees and represent what customer service is all about, which is not the norm in today's society.
