“We were visiting New Braunfels and wanted a good BBQ place. The first one we went to didn’t have what I wanted, and I hate the picnic bench seating. So we went back to the list and chose Smokey Mo’s. I am so glad we did!!!My baked potato was so good, and there was no skimping on toppings! My two youngest had the ribs, and they were amazingly flavorful and fall-off-the-bone tender! The creamed corn was new to me, but so delicious! The turkey in the turkey sandwich was super juicy and tender, though slightly more salty than we prefer. But still delicious! We will be coming back every time we visit the area!!!“

“The tamales are SO GOOD ugh I haven't had good tamales in years. These knock the store bought and the in laws' tamales out the park. They're nice and moist, not dry at all. The seasoning for the meat is great and it's a perfect ratio of masa and meat. They aren't ginormous but they aren't flat and tiny (I've had some paper thin ones before). I think they're a decent size, especially for the flavor and value ($30 for 2 dozen). Gotta try their barbacoa next time!“

Make sure you order just the regular broth with the ramen 🍜 if it’s for your kids. If not it’s a bit spicy if you don’t. It’s very temp hot too. Ethan are server was pleasant and attentive. “Always take your receipt , yesterday me and my hubby went there for lunch , we paid , I did a custom tip and didn’t take a receipt , well now today when checking my bank account my waitress took the liberty to tip herself an extra $15 but of course since I didn’t take the receipt I can’t dispute it , so if you’re gonna eat there always take your receipt but overall the food is good“

I'm so used to the serving sizes other barbecue places give for that amount, that I was astonished at the amount of sausage and brisket I was given. Meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection and I can't recommend them enough.“

“I had the plate with 3 chicken tenders, fries and a large iced tea for 8.95 plus tax. I opted to substitute their green beans for the fries, though.
The chicken was good. Their green beans are the best side they have, imo.
The front staff were friendly and got our orders right. The iced tea was great.
The floor in the ladies restroom had just been mopped and looked clean, however the toilet needed a good brushing for sure.“

“I was told about Bill Miller by a client of my when I first moved to Texas and it was one of the first really barbecue spots that I’ve ever tried but this spot right here they always get the brisket right really nice customer service the sweet pea is amazing and everything is awesome. There were about 10 cars in front of me in the drive thru line but within 14 minutes I was in and out of the parking lot.
My kids love the buckaroo chicken tender meal, very fair in size it almost seems to be the size of a regular combo #4. Only difference that I noticed is a kids drink versus a regular sized cup.
Bonus points for the brownie with nut dessert included 🙂 $6.30 for this meal“
