Ordered online. Went and waited 10 minutes in the drive through, only to be told to come inside. Waited in line. Then they couldn’t find my order. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes. Why order online if it’s not ready? Please don’t advertise the online app if it’s worthless.
It’s not Chick-Fil-A. But we all know that already.Ordered online, gave plenty of time for order to be fulfilled just to arrive and be told I have to go inside. Once inside they can’t find the order. Once the manager helps the girl at the counter find it, it takes 20 minutes to fulfill it, just to end up doing spicy chicken instead of mild like we ordered.It’s not the first disappointment with Popeyes.
