“Working in Waco and craving pizza, but not the chain places, a local joint. We decided on Pizza House because it has the best rating in the area, and it's no lie. This place is amazing. Located in a small strip mall, it doesn't look anything special from the outside. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted. We noticed all the local memorabilia on the walls. Service was very friendly and they answered all our questions since it was our first time there. It was Tuesday, and the special was 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and a 2 liter for $22. The pizza came out quickly and was fresh and hot. The pizza has a thinner crust like NY style but not a thin crust. The toppings were plentiful. You can taste the bread, sauce, cheese, and toppings in every bite. Now that's a good pizza. I don't usually eat the crust, but even that was amazing, and I ate everything. If you're craving pizza in the Waco area, take the short drive a few exits south. It's worth the extra few minutes. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. BTW they won the clean plate award from the local media, so you know they run a clean, sanitary, food safe establishment. Highly Recommend.”

“I ordered the 12 pc family meal and it ranks as follows:
Chicken tenders: excellent! Very tender and juicy! Very flavorful.
Biscuits: soft and fluffy, but plain
Fries: good!!! I like the spices they use and were fried just right!
Mac and cheese: Delicious! Liked this second best after the tenders.

Service was good! Ladies behind the counter were nice!

Downsides: There is no place to eat there, just a bar type island against the window. I wish they had bone-in chicken, cuz if the tenders are that juicy, I’d love to try bone-in chicken! Also, I ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea instead! It wasn’t horrible, but I’m a sweet tea kind of gal! Overall it was good.”

“I come here occasionally passing through for work and get chicken tenders and okra and I've yet to be disappointed from this place. It's a Bush's not gourmet, this is probably the best Bush's I've stopped at in years.”

“Every experience I've had at Poppa Bear Boba has been fantastic! The owner is just amazing, and on top of that, both the drinks and the food are great! Forgive my spelling, but the sandwiches are phenomenal, and you can't go wrong with a Tai tea. .y wife prefers sweet stuff, and had the coconut cream milk (might be the wrong name, but you'll see it), and it was delicious...though a bit sweet for my palate!

I highly recommend them, and hope you'll give them a try! I've heard the Pho is great, and the weekly specials just seem delicious! I'll definitely be going back!”

“We were in on Christmas Eve. Short handed crew, crowded with customers. Alexis and (Butter)John along with the duty manager took care of us like we were the only people there! The kitchen did an excellent job on the steaks and the vegetables were perfect. Baked potato was as usual, ready to eat with plenty of butter, and hot. Got spoiled by these guys! Happy for sure.”

“I have eaten at Tejun several times. I always enjoy the food. Only issue I have is the butter to corn on the cob ratio. Now I loooove butter. But I don't want it running through my veins. I usually get the boiled shrimp, which is always excellent and the potatoes are perfectly cooked, good butter to potato ratio there.👍 Spices are 👌, not too overwhelming so I can still taste the flavor of the food. Except the corn.”
