“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“Excellent food and great atmosphere throughout the meal. Servers were on top of refills and check-ins without being intrusive — a balance that's harder to strike than it sounds. Clean place, comfortable seating, music at the right volume for actual conversation. Food itself was well-prepared and seasoned, portions generous for the price. Just a solid all-around dining experience and the kind of local restaurant that deserves repeat customers. Will absolutely be back soon and bringing more people.“

“It was about 11:45 when my family went to eat. We were greeted and seated promptly. The server was training and was really nice. Our orders got to the table in great time and was delicious. Our orders were accurate and both servers brought refills before our glasses were empty. My family and I will return soon.“

They need to strain out those baskets good before adding more crawfish. Lots of small crawfish too. Not eating size. Other than that everything was good.“

“Edit...re-edit...when i go and my normal waitress is there, its great. If not, its getting worse. Steaks kinda tough, rolls are burnt, Service is off, almost your typical logans. When she is there, i dont know what happens but its like a different place. Do Not Get The Tenders, last trip reminded me of that chicken skin stuff you get at bucees. I'd say about a solid 4. In the past I've not had much luck at logans at other locations. But this one has been consistently pretty good. Fast service, good food (I've tried practically everything) really clean, staff is pretty good and what they do. The specials are what suck me in, and im really partial to the rolls. I'm not easily impressed and I tend to be brutally honest if a place isn't up to my standards, but this location particularly is pretty good. And to the owner...whatever your paying Christiana. Its not enough, im requesting her everytime I walk in the doors. A true professional at what she does. I'm not one to call out staff, but she deserves it.

“let me just say i had the best meal in the world at salkgrass the steak melted in my mouth the waiter cannon was the best server he did his job my mom and i go here from time to time and we have to share a steak cannon never looked down on us cuz we were sharing the mood in the room was beautiful the manager is doing his job the waiter cannon was professional beyond and last but not least in this kind of job cooking steaks and things mostly are men but i found out it was a woman that cooked our steak yall need to give that lady a raise no doubt i will be back“

“Want to thank the General Manager, Margaret Burch, for tracking me down to return a birthday card which included a check accidentally left there by a family member. I appreciated her going that extra mile to do the right thing. We have been to The Brown House Cafe several times over the summer and really enjoy the great service and excellent food. It’s worth the drive from Gatesville for some good home cooking. Thanks, Margaret!“

“🙃I was there with friends today 9/1 and wasn't expecting much. This was my first time at TOPGOLF. Our group was in the table area with the jenga games. A server came greeted us and took out drink orders. Then a little later she came to take our food orders. What impressed me was to took out order without using a paper pad or electronic pad. When the food came it was very delicious and tasty. Our server impressed me more than she realizes when she came to ask if we needed anything else multiple times. I wish I remembered her name to I could call her out by name - but I can't remember her name. If I could let her know how much I appreciate her friendliness and courtesy by name I would - hopefully she knows that and I thank her.“
