I ordered the new strawberry lemonade tea with my meal. I upsized the drink. I went for a refill, not asking for the same thing, I simply wanted a Dr. pepper but was told I can't have a refill, only water. A lg soft drink is $2.19, and a lg specialty is $2.49. Why is it against company policy to refuse refills that way when the requested drink was cheaper and not to mention the large specialty drink is smaller than a large soft drink?
