Do not like to criticize restaurants trying to make a. Living. But - WARNING Travelers: the Panera Bread franchises in Lubbock are NOT what you’ve come to love in other cities. The food is still good as expected from Panera -.great soups (wonderful tomato), the best baked goods (baguettes are tops), terrific salads & sandwiches. All the food tastes frozen and not actually homemade. It is a 50/50 chance of having good customer service (some employees obviously don’t want to be there while others are very kind) so I don’t want to say the service was all together bad. It just depends on when you go. Also when my family and I went there were crumbs all over the tables and they hadn’t been cleaned. I can see why there weren’t any customers in there except us.

I wanted to express my happiness with the service that I received today. The customer service at this location is phenomenal and put me in a wonderful mood to share cheer. hopefully west end location can improve one day to their level of service.
