McDonald's in Lufkin

“Service needs improvement. The kids working seem like everything is a bother and no one wants to see baseball Suze hickies on the person touching their food. They need to spend more time training on how to treat customers and what appearance means and how important it is.“

“Had to wait 10 min to place our order. Cashier was taking out all the trash, when done, did not wash his hands just proceeded to take our order and hand out food. Food took awhile and some was fresh, some was cold and greasy. I know fast food gets busy, but gotta do better. P.s. manager asked if we had been helped, we said no, and he said ok and walked away. 👎 Thumbs down“

“Out of the 3 Mcdonalds we have here in town, I would say this is tied for first with the one on the loop, depending on what time of day you arrive. The last 3 times I dined here, the food was FRESH. The time before that was kinda meh.. but not to the point that I was dissatisfied. Its Mcdonalds, quick and cheap food that I didn't have to make myself! What more could you ask for? Well, maybe a more sensible parking lot.. but that's beside the point.“
