Pho 8 Vietnamese Noodle (Soon) offers good food at slightly higher prices. Some dishes have minimal meat portions, but the spring rolls are tasty. The ribs can be fatty, but chicken is recommended. Fried rice with fresh veggies is a highlight, and the pho is delicious with perfectly cooked noodles. Brisket is lean with good flavor. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere complete the experience.
