“Came here for my birthday and our server Torin made our whole night. Super attentive, without being overbearing, and he surprised me at the end with a birthday dessert which I was not expecting at all!
Food was incredible—got the vodka pie with pepperoni and stracchiatella, and I'm still thinking about the meatball appetizer. Pizza had a nice char and the crust was crispy on the outside, but fluffy and soft on the inside.
Definitely coming back, and definitely asking for Torin!“

“I’m someone who loves pizza and a salad. Unfortunately, I cant just pop in by myself to get that little combo bc they only have pricey gigantic salads. Would be great if there was a half size for like $8-10. Then I might come back to grab that and a slice.
Also, last visit I went with my partner and had weird service. Idk if I was gaslit lol. I ordered a salad and sub for myself. My partner ordered two slices of pizza.
My salad and sub came out. Waited literally 30m for the two slices of pizza. So my partner pretty much watched me eat for half an hour. When I inquired about the pizza slices for my partner, the server said “yeah the chefs do that intentionally so you can enjoy the salad and sandwich first”. Who splits a sandwich before sharing a slice of pizza? Clearly they were running way behind and just acknowledgement (maybe an apology) would have been enough. Instead I was annoyed and felt crazy.
Regarding the meatball sub - the bread was super hard like cut the top of your mouth hard. Meatball was super tender but lacked ?herbs.“

“We hosted a work event at Holiday and had the best experience! From planning through day of the event, we got real white glove service! Their event coordinator is wonderful, our day of contact and the person in charge of our group that evening were so on top of it, super kind and attentive, and just made the whole evening feel really special. Drinks are the best in town (alcoholic and N/A alike), food was delicious, and the space was beautiful and felt really special. We can't wait to host another event at Holiday!“

“I actually love Community Garden! Very solid coffee and it has a real dedication to putting on a variety of events throughout the week. I particularly enjoy their DJ and listening session nights. Plus they have a doodling night that I have been dying to go to. Plus the space is so gorgeous that it makes me want to hang there
They manage to make very solid acai bowls alongside solid snacking foods, which I just find very impressive.
And while I would love to study there at night with a laptop, it's been a nice experience to try and unplug instead. Give it a shot!“

“Went to the Tuesday night drag game show. The queens and show were great (faster bingo pace or another show segment and faster pace overall would've been perfect). We got there about 10 minutes early and had our pick of seats, but it filled up by start time. It is a free show (excluding drinks and tips- IYKYK) which was amazing. I would highly recommend.“

“This place is great if you want to hang out in an outside setting. The outdoor venue was beautiful, pet friendly, they have misting fans & T.V.'s everywhere, adult games like Connect 4 & Corn hole. Their indoor environment was okay if you like to be in a dark set-up. I did enjoy a couple of pricey mix drinks and FYI their buckets are 5 beers not 6, for the price of alcohol you would think they would keep their beers colder though. We tried the pizza place next door & it was good - pizza, calzone & wings.“

“FAV BAR ON W 6TH! Great spot to meet up with friends in central Austin, regardless which side of the river you live on. The patio and downtown view are unbeatable when weather is right!! I have been here during happy hour and late at night - the vibes always hit regardless of the time. 10/10 service and energy. They do not miss!! 👏🏼“

One thing though DO NOT take pictures in the little secret room 😭 It was my partner’s and my first time going in there and we genuinely had NO idea pictures weren’t allowed. Next thing I know, they flashed a flashlight directly in my eyes out of nowhere LOL. I totally understand the no-photo rule, but I think maybe they should put up a sign beforehand or have someone mention it before entering because that could seriously catch the wrong person off guard if they have a health issue or sensitivity!
Honestly it was hilarious afterwards because if we had known, we obviously wouldn’t have taken any pictures 😂 Bartenders definitely gave us a rude awakening hahaha. Overall though, still such a fun spot and the staff kept the drinks coming all night!“
