“As you have probably noticed this is an extremely popular area of Texas. This Long Horn Steakhouse is very popular. The wait can be pretty lengthy for dinner. However, it is convenient that your small group can wait for an opening at the bar where they serve their full menu and you can watch the game. Our wait time was going to be about one hour so the three of us took a spot at the bar. The bartender was friendly and took good care of us. The only downside was that the bar was never wiped down between guests and our son accidentally knocked his water glass over and nobody ever cleaned it up while we were there finishing our meal. That was a little gross. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and spending time together after a long hard work week.“

“A new location of the fast casual health food restaurant in North Austin. Their healing cabbage soup is what keeps me coming back. Loaded with veggies in a very tasty slightly spicy broth. You can also build your own plate by selecting a carb, protein, and veggie or green. I usually get their almond ginger, but went for the spicy teriyaki this time. Very different from the normal salty and roasted teriyaki flavor, but still very tasty. Nancys uses the freshest ingredients and the portions sizes are great. Thr prices are a little steep, but they align with size and quality of the ingredients. Roughly $24 for the meal in the photo with tip.“

I love Maudie's the restaurant but this was the first time I used the catering and I will absolutely be using them again. We love Maudie's!!“

“The young lady who made my Texas Tuna was very nice and made my sandwich well. The guy at the register however didn’t say a word to me. It would have been nice to know my $16 sandwich comes with chips and a drink. I saw the sign pop up on the board and asked the young lady then she said it loudly to the people in front of of me. As this guy at the register was just going to let us all walk way without the chips and drink. The 5 stars is for her! The rest can be improved. Sandwiches are fresh though, it’s just falling apart since the bread was cut all the way through.“

There are two guys singing, they ask you if they can sing to you something, if you say yes, except high prices with each song. unless you are drunk, you are OK to pay them 20 dollars for each song.

After all, we accepted their food.

Not to bad, not to good. If you get drunk, everything will be OK.
