“These guys have phenomenal food but they are NEVER open. Seriously it’s insane. I’ve tried going sooooo many times and it’s always closed for whatever reason. Almost feels like making phenomenal food is just a hobby and they deliberately avoid the money. Only reason for 4 stars is this bizarre aberration against business and their lack of chips and queso.

“I was sent for work here in Austin from the Waco area and found this gem. Since I'm on a restrictive diet, I googled and found Hippy Eats! I have never had a falafel before but was not disappointed. Jason was nice and easy to talk to and went above and beyond in every aspect of the experience. He even enhanced my falafel with extras (we'll call it a secret menu item for now). “We love this place! We’ve gone for the Body Rock events a few times and had a blast. The bar is small but they usually have three or four bartenders that keep the line moving. Water is available at your convenience and trust me you’ll need it! It’s a bit toasty when you get everyone dancing together! Plenty of parking, great outdoor patio, food truck in the back too.“

They have a long bar, many tables, two indoor seating areas, and a taco truck with shaded picnic tables outside. Overall the place reminded me of Northwest Austin's Circle Brewing.
They share a large parking lot with several other businesses in a warehouse area.
On Sunday I wonder if they sell more beer if the cowboys win or lose. I was there for a loss. I'll have to go far more frequently to witness a win.“

“We had an accident at the pool and my fiancee dropped her fresh full drink and they replaced it no questions asked. The bartender was so sweet and kind for doing that. I always liked this place prior but that really set it for me 🙌 highly recommend this place. Great drinks(be careful they aren't afraid of making them stiff) great prices, and even greater staff! 10/10.“

“We had the drip coffee, their version of Vietnamese coffee, the anchovy and garlic toast, and the sake onigiri. The drip was okay, it was not bad but also not amazing. Kind of bland. Their version of Vietnamese coffee was pretty good which is a win since many non-Vietnamese places really struggle with that. The food was disappointing. The anchovy and garlic toast does not have anchovies, just anchovy oil, which is kind of misleading. It tasted fine, kind of like Texas Toast, but I wanted some salty anchovies on there. The sake onigiri was very skimpy on the salmon. Both especially disappointing for the price too.

Service was okay. No one was in line and no one said anything to me for a few minutes while I stood at the register even though they saw me.

I liked the atmosphere. Fun and somewhat retro aesthetic. Overall, I would maybe come to get some work done or to meet up with someone since the space is nice, but I wouldn't be back to just pop in for coffee or a bite to eat.“

“We looked for a good food truck & are SO glad we found Red's! The brisket was Moist, a great smoke ring & a fantastic flavor! We got some of the point & the flat. We also loved the BBQ beans! The owner was extremely friendly & even offered to make me creamed corn, even though they were out! All of us were Extremely pleased with our meals & will recommend the truck, as well as their catering to our friends!“
