“First visit today. Great customer service, nice atmosphere, tasty food. (vegan options) I enjoyed breakfast tacos with beans, onions, potatoes, avocado & salsa. They make their own salsa. Yum!😋 Mari was so helpful & friendly. Other staff checked on me also, so there's a great teamwork feel. The nice bus-boy even stopped by to refill my salsa. I will definitely be back. “Delicious! We went to Germany last Fall, and had a hankering for Doner. Lo and behold, there was this place just around the corner from our stay! We both ordered the lamb and beef for our protein, of course! My SO had the plate, and I, the box. Ate mine as a salad and enjoyed every bite with my add-on olives. They have sauces: Spicy Chili, Garlic Yogurt, and Spicy Cilantro. We tried them all. That chili really does give it a kick! If you're wanting something light for flavor, choose the garlic yogurt. Want something in between with a little bite? Go with my favorite, the Spicy cilantro!“

“This place just feels cool. The posters on the walls, the checkered floor, the music, all of it really brings a New York Aesthetic. I had dinner with my mom and my sister so we ordered a pie, which took a little time, but was worth it. I would recommend there be a table cleaner, because there were crumbs on the table we sat at. All in all, I Hope this little business gets big one day and more people can appreciate it.“

“I go to this location regularly because of the “Mobile Thru” option. I love this. I can just order ahead and once I arrive go through the Mobile order line that is often faster and shorter than the regular drive thru. The Mobile Thru is such a convenient option for me. 4 stars because it can be a nightmare getting in the parking lot/drive thru line due to heavy traffic at this location.“

“The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing, and the service is exceptional—this location in Pflugerville is no different. However, I’m deeply concerned about the conditions for the employees working outside. Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through.

While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry. Surely there must be a way to maintain your signature efficiency without compromising employee well-being.

I hope Chick-fil-A considers this feedback seriously, as no meal should come at the expense of someone’s health or comfort.“
