I decided to order a ton of tacos for my daughter’s birthday party to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, etc, and they were a huge crowd pleaser! “I loved the bean and cheese pupusas -- Freshly made and served with red tomato sauce and slaw. It's sold from a converted shipping container/food stand next to the Buddies market. If you didn't recognize the Salvadorian flag colors, you might miss it. We got drinks from the mart, horchata from them, and parked in the chain linked area to eat outside on the covered picnic tables. Yum! Not wheelchair accessible.“

“Nov 2024 - My family has been coming to this Torchy's location most Sundays for the past two years. We've always liked this location -- the covered patio seating, the friendly staff -- but over the past few months it seems like the place is running like a well-oiled machine. We have several family members who have food restrictions, and our orders have been consistently correct, even though they're full of substitutions. The portions are generous and the tacos of the month are consistently interesting and delicious. We take maximum advantage of the rewards program to get regular free items! Torchy's has been a great addition to the greater Austin restaurant scene, and this is a particularly solid location.

“You must try the menudo on Sundays it’s the best menudo ever. It does go by fast so we drive about 45 mins to go get it super early in the morning. The owner Elvira is a hard working women I know her since she use to sell in her house. Try the menudo and barbacoa you won’t regret it!“

“We had made a day trip to the area and we're looking to get a quick bite to eat on our way home. We passed the food truck park next door, and ended up choosing to try this trailer. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the food. Like the one just further up the block from them. He was a gentleman and charismatic which made a few laughs while placing the order. Down to earth atmosphere, the meat was well done not overly cooked and not undercooked on the tripe. Tasteful! The bisteck was awesome to have it diced as it was, it had been a while since I had seen the bisteck meat diced that way. Tortillas fluffy nice well made. Infact I wonder if they are homemade or made even made right there. The meal was well made and hearty served, all that was missing was the salsa. Pero eh, that was ok since it be the first visit I had made there. A must tell my boyfriend to try out their food no doubt! Thank you!
