“Without a doubt one of the best places to eat. The lobster crab cakes were very good but the highlight of the meal were the steaks. I had the ribeye the wife had the fillet medallions. Perfectly cook and the flavors were delicious. Will be back.“

“Breakfast (my meal) was good except the toast was tough (in other words, left out to long after toasting). Lunch, my wife's order, was really bad. Obviously under cooked (or off brand canned) black eye peas, dry mashed potatoes. I recommend breakfast with a couple modifications, but not lunch/dinner. Server (Mark) was friendly and attentive.“

“Ate breakfast here this morning food was good, service was slow but the shocker was seeing a "food tax" fee on my bill. No signage at entrance displaying an announcement of this new "fee". Cashier couldn't explain what it was for, why not raise your prices instead of sneaking this onto people's bill? Seems dishonest to me....“

“If you like fried food this is the place. I got the fried catfish and shrimp. Honestly the fish was cooked extra crispy just the way I like it, large pieces also. The shrimp was okay, maybe it was rushed. Definitely thumbs up from me and my coworkers and we all highly recommend. It’s located in a gas station and the sign is super small. The place gets busy during lunch time also.“

“We were there in November from Minnesota, had our 51st anniversary lunch there. It was excellant, waitress was super helping us with selections and brought us free soup samples to try, which was awesome. Will stop again if ever back in Texas..told our family there to try it. “I have been here 2x now with family. The building is adorable and bathrooms are available to customers. Staff has always been kind and available to answer questions about the food/beverages. They also do little coffee art on top- which is just that extra little sparkle. The patio is large and fans are installed to help with those hot summers in Texas. Prices are comparative in the area. Very cute spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch.“

“I have been there many times, never disappointed, consistent quality which you don't find everywhere. I have had many cheese steak sandwiches in my travels . I even had a philly cheese steak in Philly , Stevie's was much better. Great service in a clean restaurant, that is the formula for success and repeat customers . Love this place, I have a 15 minute drive home from Stevie's and my sandwich is still piping hot. I cant say that for other places that I get food from.“

“This is our comfort brunch place. Been to this location many times. There's something about the chefs that work there because the food comes out 10/10 nearly every time. My favorites are their French toast, berry waffles, cinnamon pancakes, and we love their nachos! The rest of staff is great as well.

Also, I believe this location is no longer 24 hours? They close at either 9 or 10 pm (learned that the hard way). Just keep that in mind or call ahead to confirm what time they close that day.“

I witnessed this young man create a small amount of holiday magic, that is rarely found these days. If you are looking for a diner the places every person, young or old first. Please step on in.“

“We stopped in after a baseball game in Waxahachie to feed our hungry ball player and family. We were sat some what quickly but never greeted by a waiter. After 15 minutes, I approached the hostess who sat us. She assured me that she would send a server over. I requested a manager as well. We then had both a waiter and a manager visit the table. Both were amazing! Food was great and quick. We will definitely come back.“
