Starbucks in Mansfield

“I have visited twice and have not been happy with my Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. This is a favorite drink for me, and presentation is so key as it it a beautiful sight when made properly. It is a busy location, but speed and accuracy need to be evaluated.“

“A gentleman took my order today, I don't think he'd really ever made a caremel frappe or at least not alot but if I'm completely being honest it was the best caremel frappe I've ever had, he was so sweet, I wish I got his name! Best service ever!“

“This location is new, they have the best staff and manager there that I have encountered , I have a coffee and some breakfast item every morning at one of the Starbucks and a tee in the afternoon, we are talking 7 days a week I have been to most every Starbucks from here to Denver as I travel a lot, this store is my favorite. They always give a small cup of whipped cream to my best friend Roxie, if she doesn't get that cream she is whining for miles till I go back.“

“I totally agree with Carlos' review!!! This location is amazing. Always super friendly staff. I am unable to drink caffine but love the pumpkin cold foam, so I ordered it at this location and they were able to give it to me :) Any other location I try this at they are very rude about it and don't let me get it and it makes me sad :( Also Danielle is an amazing employee!!! Always super friendly and remembers my order :) <3 This is the only Starbucks in the area I'll go to keep up the great work guys <3“

“I’m an admitted coffee addict, frequent Starbucks wherever I go, and this is by far my favorite location. The drinks are made fast, and made right. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Today, I got an opportunity to meet Antoine. I’ve seen him several times, and he’s always been good to me, but this is the first time I got to spend a little time to get to know him.

I’ve always had the sense that he cared about his work, and today confirmed it. After several minutes of conversation it became clear that Antoine is just a really good dude that cares about the customer experience and what he called “his store.”

(I LOVE that kind of ownership mentality.)

I live exactly 3.6 miles from this Starbucks and the one on the other end of Broad St. while the other one is fine, I started going to this one more often for the reasons stated above.“

“I go to this location regularly before work to pick up a coffee on my way in. The employees are always welcoming and sweet! It's a little bright spot in my morning to go in to grab my drink and have them greet me by name. My coffee is always on point, and I love the little messages they write on my cups.“
