“I always walk into this location super hot and tired as i work close by and there are a couple employees i would like to recognize for excellent customer service and always friendly. James is super fast and friendly. Jordan is always friendly and quick and im not sure the other guys name but he is always there during the weekdays and he always is quick to welcome me and make my food quick and correctly. Overall excellent crew“

As I got my order I felt the bag had something else in it and I insteadly though I got the wrong order but when was my order with two cookies added in saying congrats .
Somebody’s thoughtfulness made my whole day . Thank you“

“Subway is located off E Broad in Mansfield, TX, serving sub sandwiches, wraps, salads, and desserts such as cookies and churros!I came by during the week during the lunch rush and placed an order for the monster sub that comes with Philly steak meat and went ahead and added more veggies and sauces to it, making it literally a Monster sub. I placed the order online so I can just walk in and skip the lines and go on with my day. I went ahead and got the 6-inch Italian herb and cheese with provolone. I got the sub toasted and went ahead and added all of the vegetables besides tomatoes, and also ordered double meat.When I walked in, there was a short line, but the staff got everyone in and out as quickly as possible. My sub was being prepared by the staff and was told it would be ready in seconds. This location was clean inside and out, and the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. As I sat down with my sub and began unwrapping the paper, I noticed how packed and rolled this beauty was. They didn't skimp out on any condiments, and the bread did a nice job in absorbing all the sauces. The bread had a nice snap back when biting into the sandwich, and all the condiments played an important role in this masterpiece.Overall, this was a great quick bite for lunch that kept me going throughout the day. The staff provided great service while the quality and freshness of the food were all there. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the churrros or foot long cookies paired with more tasty and creative subs.“
