This was my first time visiting this donut shop. As I entered there was a warm greeting for the staff. The donuts smelled and looked amazing. May was so sweet. She had such a great aura and gave suggestions of things for me to try.

“So glad we were introduced to this little gem! It has a down home, nostalgic, feel to it. The service and food were excellent; and, prices are very reasonable. Hubby had a Bacon Burger and I had the Ribeye Quesadillas; he enjoyed his burger and the quesadillas were to die for! 🤤😋 Seating is limited inside, however, there is seating available on the outside patio; also they close at 2p.“

I came in needing a big order for Burton Elementary PTO and I not only got what I ordered, the staff contributed a donation to our Donuts with Grownups event. My order was hot, fresh and ready to go when I walked in. Their donuts were so moist and melts in your mouth. These were the best donuts that I have ever tasted. “I never really write reviews, but this was my experience this morning. I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts, two sausage cheese and jalapeno kolaches, and a Vietnamese coffee. The donuts were SO soft and fresh! The kolaches dough was perfect! The Vietnamese coffee was not as strong as I hoped for it to be, but will try again soon. The lady was so nice and attentive. Definitely a very welcoming place. Can't believe I've lived around the corner for about a year and never been!!“

“My niece from New York found this gem. This is the 2nd year she ordered my birthday donuts. I’m in love with the taste and texture of the donuts and more importantly we were not able to pick up on the designated day and the owner remade the donuts fresh. These were personalized. “I had never been to this place before but needed to stop to buy a bunch of refinery workers breakfast usually this is a easy $100 plus trip but this morning I stopped in this little place kind of off the beaten path they had way different selections of breakfast items than most of the little donut shops do The young lady in there loaded me down and I want to say that my total ticket was $70 by far the cheapest place I've ever been and the food was amazing so five stars.“

“I prefer this location over others, the staff is nice. The man working up front is possibly the owner or manager, he is so nice and always quick to help or is running a special. My only complaint here is the drive thru can take quite a while in the mornings, other than that this is a nice & clean Shipleys with a very nice staff.“

“Tried to call ahead to see if they had the Earl Campbell kolaches. No one answered the phone. When we got there she said that they only have one size of kolaches which we know is not true she did not speak good English. It's really really irritating. Now they want me to rate my experience it is a zero again I say a zero.“

“I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!“
