I came in needing a big order for Burton Elementary PTO and I not only got what I ordered, the staff contributed a donation to our Donuts with Grownups event. “I had never been to this place before but needed to stop to buy a bunch of refinery workers breakfast usually this is a easy $100 plus trip but this morning I stopped in this little place kind of off the beaten path they had way different selections of breakfast items than most of the little donut shops do The young lady in there loaded me down and I want to say that my total ticket was $70 by far the cheapest place I've ever been and the food was amazing so five stars.“

I took my time and dined in. It seems there is a regular that sits at the long table and talks to everyone. It’s a great feeling to watch him interact with people. He had the delivery people smiling and laughing. One guy came in just to say hi to him after going through the drive-thru.

One of the ladies behind the counter was FaceTiming a young relative. She was lovingly telling the child not to cry - and mommy was going to give them milk. It was a sweet exchange.

“I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!“

“I prefer this location over others, the staff is nice. The man working up front is possibly the owner or manager, he is so nice and always quick to help or is running a special. My only complaint here is the drive thru can take quite a while in the mornings, other than that this is a nice & clean Shipleys with a very nice staff.“
