“I didn’t mean to rate, Google maps ask if I wanted to rate while I was busy with something else. I tried to go back. Didn’t even know it posted. Of course there’s no problems, I go here a LOT.”

“Excellent tacos!!! So I travel from El Paso, Texas to Dallas and I’m always looking for authentic Mexican food. I’ve looked all over Dallas and Ft. Worth are for good authentic Mexican food and I have found a couple of places that are ok. I’ve been making this trip 3 times a week for three years and today I happens to take my break in Cisco, Tx and when I took the exit to stop at the the trucks stop I saw the Boss Tacos Food Truck!!! I parked and decided to give it a shot thinking it was probably going to be like the rest of the places I’ve gone to. But boy was I surprised…the asada callejero tacos are the bomb!!! I finally found a spot that has amazing Mexican food!!! They have a wide variety of Mexican food and it freshly made and it so delicious!!! The service was great and the the staff are really good people!!! I hope they keep coming to this spot because I’m will become a frequent customer!!! I can’t wait to try their quesadillas and gorditas!!! 5 + stars for Boss Taco Mexican Food Truck!!!”

“If you're expecting something fancy, you might be disappointed. But if you're expecting good, old-fashioned country food served with a smile, this place is perfection! The quintessential small town diner. Breakfast is especially good!”

“Cutest little bakery there ever was! We were on our way thru to Palo Duro canyon with two little kids and needed a breakfast spot and found this gem. I'm so glad we did! We got breakfast sandwiches, scone, danish, smoothie and of course a cookie. Chatted with the owner the whole time and just loved it. Must stop in this little town.”

All You Can Eat Catfish Dinner

“I have mixed feelings about giving this review. A back country, all you can eat catfish, chicken strips, steak fingers, salad, friends and hush puppies along with a handful of there items you can order from their menu. One business out in the middle of the country. We went at night, so I'm not exactly how it looked from the outside. Wasn't obvious which door to enter, but we made it into the building. Got in and notice how short the ceiling was. I'm about 6'5" and I had to duck. There is a slope to the ceiling, so as you shift, you can get to a ceiling that is tall enough to not duck.Went to pay for the all you can eat and handed hery card, to which she said cash only. Wasn't certain if ai had cash but she immediately reached for a card with their address and said we could just mail payment to them. I've never heard of that. Wow. I did have cash enough. Now to the food. The catfish was pretty tasty. I'd give it about an 7+ out of 10. I'm huge on fish, so it was pretty good. Flavored right, kind of smallish pieces, but over all did the job.The chicken tenders were breaded right and we're tender. I am confident to give them a solid 8+.Steak fingers. I missed them on my first pass and almost missed them on my second pass. They weren't really warm and seemed as if they may have sat there for a bit. I can't in good conscience rate them. I had three bites... And set them to the side. I would like to have them fresh out of the cooker next time.Seasoned fries were very good. I got some just as they came out. I'd give them a 9. The hush puppies, maybe a 5-6. They didn't have any type of vibrant taste and they may have been there for a while also.Wife had the self-served salad. Was a simple, what looked like iceberg lettuce, with tomato wedges, white onion, shredded cheddar, and ranch. She enjoyed it and remarked that it was all fresh and the ranch was good. A few more components like maybe egg or croutons, maybe a cucumber could have brought it up to a 9 to 9+. But it gets an 8+ for being as fresh as it was.Coleslaw was very simple, but fresh. Not the KFC style that many are used to, but you could taste all the flavors and I liked it. 8 for that. The cocktail sauce was really good as was the tartar. 8+ for the tarter, 9 for the cocktail.Plastic plate, plastic utensils for the all you can eat. Overall we enjoyed our meal. Atmosphere was just basic, but the food did us well. I read that they had a ribeye. Said they had a real knife for that. May have to try that next time. We will return. Good value for the money. It was $20 per.”
