Extremely disappointed in my breakfast, As soon as we arrived home I felt something rock hard and it ended up being my breakfast sandwich BURNED and rock hard to eat. How do you even think this is okay to give out? I’d rather go to the McDonald’s on 380 where even though they’re busy most of the time, they won’t give items like this out.
Mess up all the time with the order gave you the wrong order take 30 minutes just to get your food
So disgusting should’ve known because they never have alot of customers but the way they burnt my steak and McMuffin seemed intentional. Hashbrowns dark and cooked with old grease mind you this was b4 9am. Tried to forget my orange juice too they just careless at this location

This McDonald's is a new drive-thru location. Overall, it is a good and convenient McDonald's just like every other. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. Customer service was superb, with employees keeping the location clean and neat. One person at the window shows attitude, but others deliver even for massive late night chicken orders, though sometimes it takes time. As a new location, they sometimes get orders wrong but will fix it. They are still figuring things out but are keeping appearances well. Stop by and allow them the opportunity to serve you.
