“I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Needless to say I am very excited that they are finally open again! If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“

“My wife and baby had linner here for Christmas and I just want to give a shout out to the waitresses. Our baby accidentally spilled my wife’s ramen and the staff was so nice and caring to us. THANK YOU for your great service and care. The food was also great.“

“I had a pickup order, Spider Roll, Crazy Boy, Alaskan and Yellowtail Cilantro. Service was friendly, atmosphere is pretty chill. I picked up late on a Sunday night. Our favorite was Crazy Boy and Alaskan. Spider was ok. Yellowtail is a little strong but overall good ?? definitely stopping by again to try some more rolls. Such a variety! Love that.“

“This is my family’s go to ramen place. We love the broth of the ramen and the meat is very tender! My only negative is that, during winter, whenever their doors open, cold air comes in and if you’re seated close to the door your broth will cool down quicker because of the cold air coming in. Having 2 entry doors would be helpful. Overall love the service. The staff are courteous and efficient. My favorite is the Miso Chashu Ramen and my kids fave are the takoyaki and chicken karaage“

We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce ramen. The flavors are more localized for the American palate compared to authentic Japanese ramen, with the tonkotsu being mild and the noodles softer. While it’s not traditional, it’s easy to eat and fits well within the context of a food court.“

“Super clean inside. Employees were very nice and helpful when ordering. Food here is delicious. I usually DoorDash it but coming in made me like it even more. Very authentic menu and tons of options from picky eaters to kids. Love the pad Thai and hibachi. Great addition to Melissa!“
