“Awesome smash burger here at Sonic and their foot long coney. They need to not cook their onion rings so long. They come out too dark and burnt-looking. Maybe their oil needs to be changed but at this location on Preston Road in Prosper Texas they're not very tasty and I've been eating at Sonic Drive-ins for 50+ years.“

“I had a bad experience with a false advertisement being displayed for 1/2 Price Drinks and Slushes that wasn't honored. The signage was eventually removed after bringing my complaint up to corporate. But after a new owner took over, (Fidel), he took it upon himself to make the experience right by offering me a FREE meal which he followed through on. Their Double Smash Burger and Crinkly Fries with a Cherry Limeade was quickly prepared and brought out within 2 minutes of ordering. I will gladly bring my family back to this location anytime!“

“Way too many prime spaces cordoned off for online orders. I dread facing the blank wall and not being near the front when we stop in for a quick bite. Also, the menu boards are so lame. Buttons don't press well, payments process inefficiently, and rarely can either party hear the other clearly thru the intercom. Some just don't work at all so you gotta back out and go to another stall and hope for the best. Also, a cherry limeade shouldn't take 10 minutes to crank out.“
