“Awesome smash burger here at Sonic and their foot long coney. They need to not cook their onion rings so long. They come out too dark and burnt-looking. Maybe their oil needs to be changed but at this location on Preston Road in Prosper Texas they're not very tasty and I've been eating at Sonic Drive-ins for 50+ years.“
“I ordered cheese tater tots and get home with fries. I also ordered two pretzels with cheese sauce and once again no cheese sauce, twice in two weeks, not the same location though. It's disappointing when you order and see it in the screen but get home and the order is wrong“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Sonic during my recent visit! From the moment I arrived, the employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their positive attitude and genuine smiles made me feel appreciated as a customer right away.
The service was quick and organized, and you could tell the team worked well together to make sure every order was handled with care. My food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared — everything tasted delicious! It’s not often that fast food feels this fresh and well-made, but this location absolutely delivered.

“***Edited to say****Under New Management and you can tell! Such a sweet young lady that delivered our app- order. The drinks were even labeled so we knew which-was-which! I see the effort guys and I will be back with the boys!!!
I really want to like this Sonic. There was a manager that remember my order by face. Now you go to drive thru and the staff will let you sit at the menu and not say a word. Drive around to the stall and you have to wait 40 min for a drink - when you’re the first there. Please get the staff some help. The manager is so nice and tries. Totally owners fault.“
