“I just went to the sonic on loop 288. I just wanted to give the carhop saila a big shoutout. She was very sweet and very kind. She was filled with enough joy to share to others. I continued to sit and eat and the energy still remains. Definitely the kind of person to turn a bad day to a great one !“
“Stopped by today and had a great experience! My food came out hot and fresh, my drink was made exactly how I ordered it, and the service was fast even though they were busy. The staff was friendly and had a positive attitude. It’s nice to go somewhere that gets your order right and treats customers well. Definitely one of the better Sonic locations, and I’ll be back!“
“I visited during happy hour from 2pm to 4pm, when soft drinks are half price.
It seems that window orders were down, and there were a lot of cars waiting to order. I had a mobile order, so the wait was long, but I was able to receive the food I ordered. The staff seemed to be having a hard time going to the car and handwriting the order. The staff did not complain even though it was hot outside and responded with a smile even though it was difficult. The staff were very nice. 5 stars for the service staff! !
I will come again to buy Sonic food.“

I had an order mix up and received the wrong items. This will happen from time to time and they didn't choose me because of a bad hair day or anything. I politely brought it to their attention. Immediately the manager was at my car apologizing and making things right. It reminded me of customer service how it used to be when customer satisfaction was goal number one. They keep a customer as a result.“

But I do speak very clearly, so if I happen to have repeated my entire order twice and find myself immediately correcting almost all of it... Whataburger is across the street.
Probably a new guy. Fine. I just don't care right now and if you think the new guy can't handle a simple and repeated order... Maybe have the person training him listen in? See if it was vague or confusing or... neither?
Maybe check on the headset. Doesn't matter. I'll come back. The review will either change or evaporate after an only adequate exchange.
In the meantime, the flybies will see 4/5, and the curious will hit the grain of salt disclaimer, first. It just wasn't a highly detailed order for twenty people with dietary restrictions.
Number four, no mayo, tater tots, and a large drink; and another number four, no mayo; just the burger.
Those were the actual words in the actual order, as spoken. Both times.
At least check the headset. Something wasn't going through. Same words when asked to repeat... Like, autistic. Actually those same words, and that would have been fine. The next four clarifying question were fine. New employees are new.
Hearing an order repeated back that the clarifying questions just determined was not my order and watching that order pop up on the screen... The Whataburger on the other side of the interstate is just less a waste of time for me by this point. I don't work at Sonic.

“I asked for someone who was not sight impaired to come and help me download the app because when it came to, I am not a robot, it made me prove it too many times and did not accept my picks of pics. I had to download the app because the TV ad I saw for the discount of half price shake when you buy one was not available unless you ordered it through the app. The girl came out, overcame the obstacles And jumped through the electronic hoops that would take me way too long and make me lose my patience.
Parking: I'm laughin' a li'l bit because while it's free parking, it's not free parking, bcoz if you're parking in a space, they do expect you to buy some food because it's a drive-restaurant , with individual menu boards and speakers per parking space, so you kinda hafta....
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots, a couple of ramps to get up on the sidewalk to go enjoy the small shaded patio dining area“
