“Food is not bad wasn't my preference with the new Cheese It taco thing but we liked the other food. We come quite frequently and it's not a bad place for a quick inexpensive meal.

Vegetarian options: Lots of bean and cheese options. Nachos with black beans, beans and rice. Most stuff can be made into vegetarian.“

“I'm a night goer and I mainly use the drive thru so I don't know much about inside, however, I've never had such kind and friendly customer service in any fast food place than here, specifically Noel, I believe his name is, he's so kind and respectful! His attitude alone stood out to me because I've been here multiple times and I can just recognize him based on his nice mannerisms and kind personality. He's such a nice guy, and the food here is also very good for as much as a fast food place can be! Overall I go out of my way to go to this specific taco bell just because of the food and service they give.“

“Great staff, friendly and accurate with staff who actually seem like they're aware of what is happening and what they are doing and the reasons for great customer service. Definitely felt like they went a step above! Made me instantly feel less annoyed about waiting eight minutes in the drive-thru after ordering due to just one special car in front of me with special people in it placing a special order on their special day at this special fast food taco joint just before midnight on a special Wednesday last week.“

“their vegetarian menu has expanded over the years, but we stick to the crunchy she'll w light refried beans, lettuce, tomato, and medium hot sauce. when your flight lands late into the evening and all other restaurants are closed, we can count on taco bell to provide sustenance.

“​Leoanna, who took my order through the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and helpful. I originally asked for a Veggie Mexican Pizza and a 7-Layer Burrito. When I asked if the 7-Layer Burrito was still available, she informed me it wasn't but suggested the 5-Layer Burrito instead.
​When I asked if it was vegetarian, she honestly noted that it contained beef. I requested to substitute the beef for beans, and she clarified that it already contains beans, asking if I wanted extra instead, which I stated no. I also asked for Frank’s RedHot, but after she explained it was different from the typical sauces, I opted for a side of chipotle sauce and extra hot sauce packets.
​When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a warm smile. When she handed me my food, she kindly let me know she had placed plenty of hot sauce at the bottom of the bag.
​Leoanna is an asset to your team. I hope Taco Bell recognizes her hard work with a raise or, even better, by asking how the company can support her future growth. We need more individuals like Leoanna in customer service. I wish her the absolute best and hope the company helps her continue growing into the amazing person she is.“
