“I love our Braum’s in Melissa Tx.. They have fresh items to purchase inside plus you can order your meal and enjoy eating inside! My favorite is a large cup of Vanilla & Chocolate twist Yogurt!!
The service they provide is great quick!
My only issue is and believe I tell the employees ever time I go thru the drive thru please clean your windows 😜 it is a honest joke with me & the staff“

“Food was great. They were swamped so my order took much longer than usual which they apologized for, so all good.

Parking: They have a large number of drive in spots. Their location on a corner with a light makes it easy to get 8n and out no matter which direction you ate travellings on 121“

This is such a stark contrast to the terrible experience I had at the Prosper location. There, the service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the cookies were underbaked and disappointing. It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.

If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“I went on a Sunday ordered from drive thru Grilled Chicken BLT (cheese was solid didn't melt at all) with fries both were cold. Went back within the same week, ordered the same thing but went inside and it was fresh, hot and sooo good.“

I was short a few dollars and was scrambling to make it happen, but Diego took out his wallet and paid the remaining amount! “Culver’s has the best ice cream, burgers too! Their spicy chicken strips are also yummy—it’s always delicious and creamy. When I’ve went in which has been quite a few times, the staff are always so polite and patient. I mostly order through DoorDash, and my food ALWAYS arrives FRESH, never cold, soggy, or wrong. They really take care with every order. Highly recommend!“

“Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“

“First time trying! We walked in and lady who greeted us was about this business! She made sure to let us know what the most popular item was on menu, the shift leader explained what all was coming on the sub, gave us an option to customize. Very friendly and courteous to us. Told us about locations around town. We dined outside, but they do have seating inside. My husband loved his! (I got the same one #12, ;) I second his ❤️ The lettuce is finely shredded and really adds a great texture to the sub. Bread was fresh. Cookie was fresh and sitting in the sun outside made it that much better. Warm and gooey! Definitely try this place out!“
