“Not adjusting the overall stars, but curious why the screens in the stalls cannot be fixed. Stalls 13 & 11 have been out for several days. 12 has been out months. Service is always outstanding and this is my favorite Sonic, which is the most important factor. Just seems like tech issues are being ignored and not addressed.“

You can tell they really care about the quality of their product and their customer experience.

This is such a stark contrast to the terrible experience I had at the Prosper location. There, the service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the cookies were underbaked and disappointing. It felt like the Prosper team didn’t care about their customers at all, while McKinney’s team went above and beyond to create a delightful experience.

If you’re craving Crumbl, skip the Prosper location and make the drive to McKinney—you won’t regret it. This location has restored my faith in the Crumbl brand, and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Best fast food burger. They taste like a burger from home fresh off the grill. Fries are good and sauce ties it all together nicely. Braums is really underrated in the fast food scene. Highly recommend. My go-to: Large number 5 combo make it a double and either a root beer or the fuze raspberry tea“

“This is a special shout out to a employee there, Maddox. Our car died in the parking lot and he was so quick to help us anyway he could. He offered us water and a cool place to wait inside. He even asked for my name & number and then called me when the tow truck got there. This is the type of employee I would love to have! Thanks for making our horrible day a little easier Maddox!“

“First time trying! We walked in and lady who greeted us was about this business! She made sure to let us know what the most popular item was on menu, the shift leader explained what all was coming on the sub, gave us an option to customize. Very friendly and courteous to us. Told us about locations around town. We dined outside, but they do have seating inside. My husband loved his! (I got the same one #12, ;) I second his ❤️ The lettuce is finely shredded and really adds a great texture to the sub. Bread was fresh. Cookie was fresh and sitting in the sun outside made it that much better. Warm and gooey! Definitely try this place out!“
