“I had a pickup order, Spider Roll, Crazy Boy, Alaskan and Yellowtail Cilantro. Service was friendly, atmosphere is pretty chill. I picked up late on a Sunday night. Our favorite was Crazy Boy and Alaskan. Spider was ok. Yellowtail is a little strong but overall good ?? definitely stopping by again to try some more rolls. Such a variety! Love that.“

“I haven't traditionally been a sushi person but we went here and I was very happy with the experience. The dining room is clean and classy but the atmosphere is casual. The server was very attentive and our food came out very quickly. We tried a variety of sushi rolls and really, I liked them all. They don't do a very good job of advertising it, but they do have a large assortment of bottled beer available. The food is not cheap but not expensive; I think our tab was around $100 for 5 sushi rolls, dumplings, ramen, and a few drinks. I would definitely visit this place again.“

“I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“

We started with the fried calamari that was perfectly cooked, and the sauce complimented it perfectly. We ordered 3 different bowls of ramen that did not disappoint at all. My wife had the veggie ramen, and our son had the kids ramen, which was surprisingly big, and I had the beef ramen. The beef fell right off of the bone and had amazing flavor. We ordered a California roll and a Monster roll that was packed full of flavor. This is our new favorite spot in Mckinney. I would and will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bowl of ramen or tasty sushi rolls!!! Thank you, Hokkaido, for an amazing meal! We will see you again soon.“
