“We were in the area wanting some local food and found it. (Little bit hidden, well for those unfamiliar with the city.) It was good, ordered the special and we finished everything. We went when it was calm and quiet which we didn't mind for the long day we had. Anyways if I'm ever in the area again we will definitely go once more.“

“We were looking for a quaint “Mom & Pop” place for breakfast/lunch that is reasonably priced. We found it. This place is no frills but the food is excellent. The dinner rolls are huge, heavy and yeasty. The breakfast biscuits are heavy and slightly sweet. The cinnamon rolls are AMAZING!! They are as big as a dinner plate and are a meal in themselves! We ordered two to share and ended up taking one home. The coffee is good. My only “druthers” is that they do not serve real butter. I prefer real butter over whipped vegetable oil. We’ll be back!“

“The $25 special for two is good. The steak tasted good but had a lot of gristle. The chicken was very good. The side salads are huge! Service was also good. It took 30 minutes to get our entrée. Margaritas were excellent & happy hour price was extremely low. The only complaint for every Applebee's is the music is way too loud!!“

“Checked out JC Wings after a recommendation that they have the best wings in the Valley. I can’t really argue with that because the wings were excellent. Thursday special was 6 boneless wings, fries and unsweetened tea. I got the lemon pepper and friend got the JC sauce. Both were tasty and wings were large chunks of white meat, gently breaded. Seasoned fries were perfect and I got a custom burger on the side that was well cooked, sturdy bun that didn’t fall apart, and tea was fresh. We weren’t sure that it was even open when we pulled up, but the place quickly filled with locals and we realized we just beat the rush. Staff was friendly and helpful.“

“Weslaco, TX is lucky to have the incredible staff who work at this location. I go at least one day a week for lunch and the food is always correct, made fresh and is hot. The staff is always friendly and in good mood.
Lastly, this location is always clean. I’ve never experience me in issue in 5+ years of going. Shout out to this staff and leadership team.“

“First time ever eating some food from Longhorn Steakhouse. I didn't eat there but ordered something to go. I ate their cranberry, strawberry salad. It comes with a wheat roll, which is a plus. Both the salad and wheat roll were quite tasty 😋“

“A cousin of mine told me about Papa Joe’s. So of course I had to try it. It was great! Friendly staff & great food! Ordered the Special because I love Carne Guisada & if you make it even a tad bit off, I will not eat it. Well, they made it so tender and perfect! The tea is also great. Will visit every time I visit family in the RGV.“
