“I mean cookies are good BUT the customer service was horrible. I chose curbside pickup and literally nobody came out.. but I could see them through the window… THEN they gave me the wrong cookie and I didn’t notice till i got home.. called them and they wanted us to bring that cookie allll the way back because TO me she thought we just wanted a free cookie or we was gonna eat that cookie that WE didnt order“

I’ve been coming here since Tony first opened in Sunnyvale, and it’s been such a joy to watch the business grow into his second location in Forney. Tony and his team consistently go above and beyond, always showing genuine kindness and care. They make every visit feel personal—they remember my name and always make me feel welcome and appreciated. The stores are always clean, the team is warm and respectful, and the snow is the softest I’ve ever had. It’s clear how much pride and heart goes into everything they do. I’ve never had a bad experience here—just consistently wonderful service from truly great people.“

“Everything at this store is great. They are always friendly. The girl who filled my order noticed I was wearing my dog tags and asked if I served in the military. I let her know that I served in the Army and she gave me a veterans discount.
