“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. We have had very positive experiences since our first visit. The manager, Aaron and his Staff are the BEST. They are kind, polite, fun and personable.

“Friend invited me out to eat here ordered the Trío enchiladas . They where delicious. Never Enjoyed a plate of enchiladas so much in my life. Friend ordered the parillada for 1 and when I tell that plate was full of meat. Overall food was full of flavor and we left our plates clean . Service was great waitress constantly checked and see if we needed anything. And the atmosphere was calm and inviting with hispanic music playing g in the background. They have a nice area for pictures. If your looking for a great meal this is definetly the place.“

“This place is a hidden gem here in Rockwall! When all other places are closed for the holiday or a snow day, this place is open and ready to serve it’s customers. The food and service are consistently great and my family and I always enjoy coming here for some great pho, stew and pad thai. Thank you to everyone who works here!“

“Once I heard that there was a Mr Jim's Pizza in the area on Elam Rd, in Dallas, Texas. Customer service was great and very helpful. Sadly what are the items they did not have on the menu was the sandwiches that the old Mr Jim's that was located in Balch Springs had at one time wasn't available for purchasing. I ordered two large pizzas and they were decently priced as well as a salad. The food was hot an accurate as depicted in the description of the food items on the menu. Our dinner that night was very delicious and we will be visiting the establishment again in the future.“

“I feel like Applebee's has come a long way in the past 15 years, which is probably the gap in patronage. The food quality is significantly better than what I remember, they have a huge drink selection at amazing prices. My fiance and I go here with our 18 month old son. The staff is always very nice and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and they have a kids menu and always great specials and deals for entrees and apps. If you haven't been to an Applebee's in a few years, I'd recommend giving them another try.“
