McDonald's in Mesquite

“I had a Drs appointment in the area so I had a craving for the value cheeseburgers, a small fry (for the ride home LoL) and drink but what I ALWAYS get is the sharable (which I never share) chocolate chip cookies 13 of them in the order... I really love it when they tell me to pull up to one of the numbered spots that always mean that I'm going to be getting hot cookies... making me want one now LoL the majority of the McDonald's never fails me but it always makes me have to make a decision on if I'm going to do hot fries or a hot cookie but my stomach always says heck live it up and do both...bite of the cookie followed by a bite of a fry... the sweet and salty combination is so spot on...dang having to wait until the 3rd Wednesday of the month for my SSDI check... I placed in one the mobile app but I want to say that the staff at both windows were pure awesomeness and I was going to give it tip to the girl that bought my items to the car but she was there and gone like a hit and run... never saying a word or a glance at me... I can't wait until my next Drs appointment in the area so I can go back and order again“

“I had order just a drink she made it, but didn’t give it to me until she was done bagging food and fries and then gave it to me felt weird to make me look at my drink and watch to receive it just to grab a bag open it and put food and fries in it. Food always fresh and ice coffee good“

“Just went there for free wings day, and I really appreciate the cashier and another lady (I don’t remember her name but she is black/mixed and might be a manager). The cashier gets her job done and very efficiently, as well as satisfying customers. Her name might be Emily/Emma (blonde hair and she is black).“

Whoever in charge of fries need to do another position because they always skimp you if you buy large they give you medium if you get medium they give you small

They always lie about what they have and don’t have and just lack customer service skills.

This place janky but convenient..
Not all the workers are bad but some should definitely find new jobs.

“I'm gonna keep this short and simple for this review... it's McDonalds and although the location is amazing and the inside is built to be more "fancy" as mcdonalds can be. Regardless the food is ok but the price is very cheap so I give it 4/5“
