“I ordered through the app but it took a while and then it said the order was cancelled. I tried calling but got their corporate number and was on hold forever. Just as I gave up the manager called me and apologized. She said someone stole my order from them. She also said it was only her and the cook working, and they were very busy. She was very sweet, made a new order and threw in a chocolate chip cookie. Great service recovery!!“
“Funny thing is, my order was wrong, but they corrected it before I even got it. The manager came out to let me know the situation and offered to remake the pizza himself. Kudos to the manager for handling a possible escalation and not forcing the cashier to handle it or letting me find out when I got home. I would definitely come back“
“Ordered online yesterday through Pizza huts website and delivery was going to be using doordash. I was over 30 mins away from home so chose to have it delivered. First delivery driver dropped my order, then I get a second driver and he cancelled the pick up. I arrived at the location and spoke to Gaby about my order which was paid for with driver tip and delivery fee. She was very helpful and apoligized remade my order and also up sized my pizzas for the iinconvenience. Thank you Gaby for your help, but Door Dash has got to get it together with these drivers. I have had issues with them before from other restaurants.“
