Hiring the manager that was working on the evening of 8/12 is one of the greatest decisions made. She is extremely professional and the level of hospitality showed is above and beyond. She really made my day. I love Wendy's but this location as long as she is there will be my favorite spot. This location is always clean and the staff is polite and welcoming. Its nice to see smiles. Excellent customer service today! I asked to add a frosty to my mobile order and the employee helped me without hesitation. The last time I came to this Wendy’s location the service I got was horrible and I just want to say they did a great job today.

Wendy's offers excellent service, with friendly and helpful cashiers, including Andreea, who provided amazing service during a recent visit. The restaurant is clean, inside and out, with spotless restrooms. Food is fresh and hot, making for a great dining experience. The vibe at this location is immaculate, creating a welcoming environment. Management, including Jenny, works closely with employees to ensure a strong team effort. There are plenty of clean high chairs for toddlers. While some customers have noted recent issues with food quality, the dedication of staff members like Jordan has helped maintain a positive experience for many diners.
