You can frequently find this place full in cold weather. Only complaint is the banh mi bread machine is frequently broken, and when it is working they are frequently sold out. (I was told someone had bought all of them up that morning). Have yet to try one.”

It is also REALLY refreshing to come into a natural foods store and not be inundated by naive leftist opinions. “Amazing atmosphere! Great vibes! I love everything about this place, I’m a picky eater but they always accommodate and are helpful with substitutions! The customer service is amazing and the bartenders have great knowledge of the drinks on the menu as well as the food menu. La Santa is THE place to be. Pricing can be a bit steep but I don’t mind the tab at the end of the night because I’m definitely paying for the amazing experience I’m guaranteed to receive. Everyone needs to check this place out at least once!”

“Okay. So it's Buffalo wild wings on a Saturday night. We all know how that goes. And our server Ronan doesn't even speak English. Luckily my mom took Spanish in high school. But since we got to Midland we have had bad service with people who do speak English. But somehow even with the blasting music and everything else he got our orders correct and everything. The food was okay. I got a all american cheeseburger which was good but the cheese tasted like kraft mac and cheese. But our experience tonight was very good. Thank you Ronan.”

“Ate there during the rain , chicken fried steak most tender we ever had, baked potatoes were loaded and hot. Patrons were so friendly and everyone smiling. When we left it was pouring rain and a customer insisted he get our car and pull into the alley which was a little closer while our waiter appeared with a very large umbrella and walked us to our car. Can that kind of food and service be beat? Nope.”

“Once they sat our party of nine, service took time for refills. The spot they sat us was in an area where the restaurant music was overbearing. I couldn't hear some from my own party when talking at the table. They had a cute blow-up Christmas character go around as they played music and blew a whistle, but it seemed a bit excessive as our waitress got down. Food looked great and tasted great. Chips and salsa were tasty with some guacamole. Enchilada plates, fajitas, and Choripollo are great options.”
