“Visting downtown Midland in July, found this nice gem, went in for drinks to cool down from hot sun, Kitchen manager (Tommy) suggested they had some good eats, ask him to suggest a few things and he was right, enjoyed the selections, ended staying longer, wait staff took care of us very attentive and polite.”

“I would like to say that the bartenders here are phenomenal they put up with alot of bs from so called “regulars” and their service skills are great. These people that come in and take up the whole right side of the bar area are rude and disrespectful and need to go and buy a 24 pack, sit in their backyard and drink by themselves. They do not need to sit up at a family restaurant and take up space . This part of our experience here was not pleasant. These people seem to act like they own the bar and in fact they don’t . Other people would like to sit and enjoy a margarita and watch a baseball game and eat some food but instead there is no room and rude disrespectful old grumpy folks sit and complain and cuss and scream at the bartenders for far too long leaving no space for paying customers . I think those bartenders deserve a raise I personally wouldn’t be able to handle dealing with people like that . Also order some real food not a “side of fries” and tip your bartenders and remember that they are people too so they in fact make mistakes like everyone else. They are just trying to do their job have some respect”

“We had a great experience at IHOP! Our waiter Z was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great service from start to finish. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly.

I ordered the steak tips with eggs and swapped the hash browns for potatoes—everything was flavorful and satisfying. My son was thrilled that they had his favorite BBQ sauce, and he happily devoured both his kids’ meal (chicken strips and a fruit cup) and most of my pancakes! His only complaint? He wished there were more chicken strips—they were that good.

All around, it was a pleasant and easygoing meal. Great service, great food, and a happy kid—can’t ask for much more!”

“We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn’t our order and they didn’t seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn’t long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.”
