“This place gets an 11/10! Came to visit Midland, TX and needed to find some good food so of course I start checking local spots and their respective reviews ultimately stumbling into La Patrona. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the cashier who welcomed me and provided me with recommendations. I decided to try the La Patrona Special which came with Birria Quesatacos, Carne Asada Tacos, and chicken mulitas. The food was scrumptious! The quantity of food in this meal was too much and somehow I managed to eat it all. Every bite had the perfect amount of flavor and their yummy salsas were the icing on the cake. Don’t forget to grab one of their agua frescas - I had a Pina beverage and had to get a second one because it was so delicious. There’s a reason the locals here have rated this the top place and I fully agree. The food, service, and cleanliness of this food truck will keep everyone coming back. The owners are doing a great job running a food truck properly and have gained one more loyal customer. I had to come back the next day and try something else and ended up with an enormous Carne Asada Burrito. This was another excellent meal, again a large burrito that kept me filled almost the entire day. The quality of the meat here was superior to anything else you’ll find, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, it couldn’t not have been a better burrito. La Patrona will always be my first stop when visiting Midland, TX. I hope they continue to expand because we need a food truck like this in every major USA city.”

You can order a variety of sauces/ toppings for your tacos and enchiladas. The tacos carbon were delicious- the meat was flavorful and tender. Portions are large. You won’t leave hungry.”

Other good things ive had are the Hōjicha, flash brew, einspanners and korean cha. Overall super solid menu.

Seating is limited but people tend to rotate and the staff is so nice.”

“We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn’t our order and they didn’t seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn’t long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.”

“So came in first off the cashier lady seemed really uninterested and stood there quietly starinf at us to order, I Ordered cranberry keli sandwhich and was disappointed when all i got was bread and chicken salad, as the picture and only picture shows the sandwhich along with other items having lettuce and tomatoes, as a sandwhich would, but i asked if it came with it and they said you have to ask for the veggies despite the only picture showing on the menu shows the sandwhich WITH lettuce and tomatoes with no description of what comes on it, id say change the way the menu pictures look if you have to ASK for it to come on the sandwhich, the bacon cheddar melt was good since it was cooked and had cheese, the soup and mac and cheese were good, I give 4 for cleanliness, most of everything was good, the sweet tea was good and came with little sugar cookies, everything was good just done see the point of the menu showing it this way when it doesnt come the way it shows, or at least ask if we wanted veggies or anything on it.”

“Everytime I come here when I come home they never give me my points. I came here Monday and they ask for my number but I don’t ever get my point. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. I told them last time and even called and they said a manager had to look into it and never did anything about it. Let it go but it happened again.”

“We frequent this location about once a month. The food is always consistant and the extra large iced tea is the best in town. These cups are huge but they fit in your car cup holder!!!”

“Most consistent coffee around! Im addicted lol. I had one time only where it was a tad off and they made it right, and of course it was perfect after that. Staff is always amazing and friendly and usually I’m in and out within 5min.”
