Was forced to eat here because of the Jan 2020 snow storm that hit Midland. I was a guest and didn't want to venture out for food. I as pleasantly surprised at the size of the Green Chili Chicken sandwich, it was yummy but the lettuce was limp. The mushroom risotto was typical for Midland. I also got the Chicken (something) with Swiss and avocado on it. It was not as good, but I wanted to try other foods. Pretty much what I'd expect for a hotel restaurant in Midland.
