“This was such a great experience! The jello injectors and drinks are the best and my server gave me such good suggestions! I think her name was Ariel, such a sweetheart. I didn't know what I wanted but she recommended the Frog Juice daiquiri and boy did it have me leaping like a frog 😂. She also suggested some pre rolls as well and it was tempting but I honestly just came for the drinks lol. The only thing was I do wish they had food again. It definitely made it worth the trip more! Thanks again and tell that server I will be back!“

“Piggy’s Kitchen was a good overall experience. The food tasted great, and the fries were especially good — they came out steaming hot, which is always a plus. The brisket queso dip was delicious and easily a 9/10 in flavor.

My only complaint was the portion size for the chips and brisket queso dip. At $13, the serving was very small and felt overpriced for the amount you receive. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the food was good, but I do wish the portion size matched the price a little better.“

My food was on point and everything that I saw leaving the kitchen looked amazing. “We had our second visit last night. We love the atmosphere and the drinks are great. We had wings, and a smash burger and fries. All had good flavor. We will definitely be returning again.

“This is our favorite bar in Westchase! We love coming to the pub for good company and better food. It feels like one of the last places you can get a beer for under $5, and the vibes are always right.

Service isn’t quick, but it’s always complimented with great conversation and a smile. The atmosphere is Irish, but they’ve recently added dart boards and pool tables which only keep you around longer and for a better time.

They recently came under new ownership and brought back the best pizza in Houston on weekends! All the food is great, and authentic to fare with really great presentation for “bar food”. We especially love the cheese curds, potato skins, and club, but the corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie, and lamb shank taste like home.

They also have trivia and karakoke, which makes for an even better time once you’re a few beers in. We can’t recommend it enough!“

Came back for breakfast after a sunrise workout and it wasn’t busy upon opening at 6:30. Ate the breakfast egg/bacon sandwich on brioche with cheese, tomatoes, and an aioli sauce. Espresso drinks were great. Topped off breakfast with a Strawberry Banana protein smoothie.“

“This place is one of my favorite taverns in Houston! The bar tender is always attentive and super friendly. The space is very comfortable and has lots of cozy nooks to chill out in. Great events and twice a week they host drop in games of Dungeons and Dragons, just show up and play! Professional DMs run the games and a seat at a game costs only about 10 or 15 bucks for a 3 to 4 hour one shot session. Oh! And monday steak night!!! It's actually really good steak.“

“Ate and drank at theWestchase Bar & Grill and had a great experience. The burger was excellent. Thick, juicy patty with crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, and red onion on a soft bun. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the sauces on the side were a nice touch. Everything came out looking as good as it tasted.
I paired it with a Buffalo Trace bourbon, which was a perfect match with the meal.
The bartender was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great service, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to when I’m in the area.“

“The hubs and I have come here twice. First time we got the steak and burger and a sampler platter. One of the best steaks I've ever had! And he loved his burger. This time we got taquitos and fried okra. I had catfish fillets and baked potato. He had chicken tenders which were hand breaded. So good again. The cooks here take pride in the food. “I had a great time at the Monday Open Mic Comedy show. It was a mix of everything up there and lots of laughs - from first timers to some who have been up there before. Fun to watch local folks and support their craft. We all know that funny friend, but these guys were actually up there doing it! So great! Joanne Eriksen had me really laughing, hope to see her again! I liked that they had a couple of mocktails to choose from. All in all, a great way to spend a Monday night and support some local talent and a local institution!“
