“My son and I came into get some breakfast this morning and we had such a pleasant visit! it was so clean and we where welcomed right when we walked through the front doors and it put a huge smile on my sons face as well as mine. the 2 employees that served us at this location were Michael and Catherine and they truly did make me feel incredibly happy because they went the extra mile to give my son a very sweet hand written note with a coupon on it that said" you make today a better day!!" the smile my son had on his face is something that warms every fathers heart. With such a simple gesture makes a huge difference! Thank you again guys!! 100% recommend to everyone!!“

“When this location was first opened, they could not do anything correctly. But since January 2023 they are great! I always order on the app and pick up inside. They have gotten my order correct every time. It's not always ready when I go in to pick it up, but that's okay. As soon as I tell them the order I am picking up, they fix it right away with nice hot food! This place is way too close to my house. As a result, I go there way too much!😋“

“Can't go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Staff at this location have always been friendly. Only minor complaint is that during busy peak hours, like lunch, the drive through and parking lot get really backed up and can have a line of cars that lead out onto the street. This can make it difficult to get in line or even enter the lot to try and dine in, but otherwise no other complaints!“

“Food and drive thru are always great but customer experience was lacking today. Had a good size carry out order for the office today and I FAILED to check bags before leaving. Arrived back at office, unloaded the items and delivered the contents to all 9 staff members. Once complete and all empty bags were disposed of, I was missing 3 cookies. Most days not worth the trip back, but I didn't want to fail this employee that ordered them. I returned and advised the manager. Manager walks down the line and gets cookies while discussing something with another employee. On his return, I was advised that the employee was certain they added the cookies and that "this time" I would be allowed to have the replacement cookies. A solid implication I was not telling the truth. Any common sense by someone that's entrusted to manage an office of that scope, it's unlikely a customer is going to take food all the way back to their office, give an office full of people their food, let their food get cold and come back to con Chik Fil A out of 3 cookies. Chalk it up to a busy afternoon lunch rush. The cliche customer is always right is not always the case by any means, but management should be better prepared to avoid implying a customer is lying under these types of circumstances.“

“My visit to Raising Canes could not have been better. At least that’s what I wish I could say. You see there were just a few unacceptable hiccups along the way that just doesn’t quite earn this exquisite dining environment the 5 star Gilded-Fork-Award so desired. For starters there was no lemonade by the beverage station. While normally this would knock off at least a star in itself, my boy Jose clutched up immediately offering me my non negotiable beverage choice (The Arnold Palmer). I’m addition to this mishap I exchanged the barf in a cup (coleslaw) for extra fries. Now while ordinarily the extra French fry quantity unit is incredibly difficult to measure, I (like always) had my grade-A food scale handy. Now by weighing my fry selection and comparing it to the mass of my colleagues pile of potatoes (he opted for the extra sauce exchange) we found that I only received 12.6g more French fry. Absolutely unacceptable. Due to the unfortunate errors listed above I have no choice but to give this select Canes an impressive yet imperfect 4.2 stars.“

Like all Chick-fil-As, this one is efficient (they can move the line with precision) and the team is friendly (can’t resist that “my pleasure”). But the sandwich—MAN!!! It is that good!! Perfect pimento cheese, jalapeños aren’t too hot, and the honey takes it to the next level!!!! It’s the perfect combination of flavors. I went for the grilled chicken; eldest child had the fried chicken. (And eldest doesn’t like pimento cheese or jalapeños, but they enjoyed this.) Both sandwiches were fantastic!!“

“First time at this location. The parking and setup is AWFUL! This was a terrible location for such a busy company. They knew that and still decided to build here. If you want to dine in, park far away and walk in or fight the drive thru traffic to squeeze into a spot.

Food and service was great as alway. I did finally try a salad(try to do better). Why is a salad $10 with no drink?? Seems overpriced.

He was not pleased and asked if this place was using the proper gear when serving food?! “The guy at the counter last time I went in was possibly the most efficient human I've ever seen in fast food service. They're always fast at this location, and orders are always correct. Only negative I've ever had is that the okra is extra oily sometimes.“
