“Delicious Japanese food and great service“

“Zizi serves the best ramen I’ve ever tasted. I had a chance to try the Tonkatsu at Zizi food stand inside Cali Saigon mall as they are hosting night market during this weekend. They probably served only one kind of ramen at the market. But omg the broth was heavenly flavorful. It tasted just right, rich, and not too salty like many ramen places I’ve tried. Too much sodium is not good for your health and imagine that’s soup so it packs a lot of sodium. I rarely write reviews but this one is definitely worth it. Would like to try other dishes they serve at the restaurant. No picture as my toddler could not wait and ate half of my bowl😂“

“This is my family’s go to ramen place. We love the broth of the ramen and the meat is very tender! My only negative is that, during winter, whenever their doors open, cold air comes in and if you’re seated close to the door your broth will cool down quicker because of the cold air coming in. Having 2 entry doors would be helpful. Overall love the service. The staff are courteous and efficient. My favorite is the Miso Chashu Ramen and my kids fave are the takoyaki and chicken karaage“

“Came here for ramen and started with pork buns based on reviews. They did not disappoint! The pork was tender and incredibly flavorful -!; the pickled. I umbers added a nice snap! The ramen was delicious, as well. We will be back!“

“This restaurant is located within the Mitsuwa supermarket’s food court. The decor includes stylish Japanese-style paintings on the walls, which add a cool ambiance. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and soy sauce ramen. The flavors are more localized for the American palate compared to authentic Japanese ramen, with the tonkotsu being mild and the noodles softer. While it’s not traditional, it’s easy to eat and fits well within the context of a food court.“

“Been going to Oni Ramen for years in Dallas and was always an issue trying to get there. After this location opened, was so happy, and even better, is that the quality of the food and service hasn’t changed. Place is clean and the food is better than ever!“

“Absolutely enjoyed the experience! The Sushi Tower was not only beautifully presented but incredibly fresh and flavorful — every bite was a treat. The ramen was rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. On top of the amazing food, the service was genuinely kind and attentive, which made the whole meal feel even more special. “I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Needless to say I am very excited that they are finally open again! If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“
