Walking into Republic Steakhouse near Texas A&M, the first thing that becomes clear is that this place understands what a real steakhouse experience is supposed to feel like. Coming from New York, where a steakhouse is measured not only by the quality of the meat but by the authority of the room, the confidence of the service, and the rhythm of the entire table, the standard is high. Absolutely loved it - we will be back!
We had a group of 4 last night. They got us right in without a reservation. Our server was Christina . She was the best!!! She seemed to know exactly what we wanted!!
