Food was great and we all had a great time and our waitress, Emily, has got to be the best waitress that my wife and I have ever had...just a very special young lady that made our time at the Republic even better...thank you
Had a great time, atmosphere was awesome and the server was on point. Food was really beyond what we expected. Emily our server was very proper and sweet and the server assistant Chloe was very attentive also hostess was so kind. I highly recommend this place !!

The restaurant information recommended reservations. We called and they were booked full, but recommended the bar as a first come first serve option. We did that. The bartender was Megan and she did a fabulous job of informing us on the menu options, sizes, and pairings. We are the calamari appetizer, Caesar salad and rib eye steak.
