“Incredible food all around; entree, sides and dessert! Hands down top bbq spread in the state! The ribs melted in your mouth and the brisket was delicious. The Koobideh sausage was next level as well as the Caesar slaw! Don’t leave without trying the corn bread pudding too! Gosh, everything was just fantastic beyond expectations!“

“We're working toward ordering at least one of everything on the menu . . . not there yet! Thus far, we have never found an item we didn't like and it's all customizable! Just tell JT what to add or leave off. It's incredable with all lean brisket, JT's personally made pickles; in fact, the only thing he doesn't hand make are the buns, but they're toasted to perfection. This is a "must try" kinda' place! (Almost forgot, the menu prices are about half of what I expected for food this good!)“

“We went with our friends Kenny & Dena to eat at Charlie’s Bar-B-Que & Catering this afternoon in Beaumont. It is some of the best BBQ around. While eating we seen a picture of Charlie and Aaron Franklin standing together under a tent. Charlie’s wife came over to ask how our food was and I asked her about the picture, she proceeded to tell us how they received an invited to cook at Aaron Franklin’s BBQ cook off in Austin, she was so nice. After we finished our meal Charlie came out to check on something, and we stopped him and started talking with him about how he Smokes his meat, type of wood he uses….etc, he was such a super nice friendly guy to talk and visit with. I would highly recommend if your hungry for some BBQ, or need an event catered, to give them a try. Their BBQ is delicious. Oh, I almost forgot, then we went to DQ in Nederland for some ice cream to complete our evening of festivities……..LOL 😂“

“Truthfully I enjoyed the restaurant it's nice people r great,service is excellent. Food ..wow..I hadn't had cheeseburger that great tasting n yrs..smoked n fat patty..I only got 1vpatty..still thinking bout how good it tasted.fries were crinkled.ol school n crispy. Awesome...loved it..go try all their food..it's worth it“

“Amazing food! Every time I have gone, the employees have been extremely kind and positive. There is a beautiful sitting area, and if you go at the right time, you might even be able to enjoy your food while watching the Lamar University marching band rehearse. The only downside is that certain foods don't always stay in stock. Many times I have gone, they only have one or two kinds of meat. (It's so good that it goes fast!)“

“One of if not my favorite places for a Beaumont Beef link, Gerard's also inspired me to be a master at smoking Pork Bones. People in Beaumont already know, but if you're an out of Towner, make sure you stop by and get some bones and a link......I keep begging for a loose recipe for them links...lol they are not budging ?“

“Stopped in for a quick lunch. It’s a small place but had no wait. Parking is plentiful. Good was really good. I think this would be an excellent takeout spot. Had crushed chili peppers already at the table which was great. General Tso’s Chicken was good. Not to thick of pieces or batter. Just right. Server was a little off. She wasn’t friendly and looked miserable to be there. Didn’t let it affect anything though.“

“We dropped in for lunch Saturday 1/27/2024 our waitress was Hannah. We were greeted with a smile. Hannah took our drink order and returned quickly with our drinks. We placed our order and Hannah repeated it back making suggestions along the way. Hannah returned shortly with pipping hot rolls and cinnamon butter. Hannah checked back on us several times while food was being prepared. The food came and was prepared perfectly. I ordered the large Prime Rib (rare). The Prime Rib was prepared perfectly. The wife had Chicken Fried Sirloin which came out perfectly. The was brought out by a different server and in a moment Hannah came back to check on us. We had so much food we could not come close to eating it all. Hannah provided us with to go containers and small containers for the sides. Hannah by far was the best waitress that has ever served us. We will definitely be back and request Hannah for our waitress.“
